I am long time customer it works long time very good but then my id is suddenly expired and no way to update it in the app
after long time human service chat give my this reason

Panda Remit customer service really…

Panda Remit customer service really gave me a big help. I always used bank transfers to send money to family. But one day they were in an emergency that couldn't wait that long. I contacted Panda Remit customer service and the agent taught me how to bind a bank card, bind a recipient, how to receive money. Thank you agent 8000 for solving my problem.

With 5 years of usage of Panda Remit

With 5 years of usage of Panda Remit, I've witnessed its development since its very beginning, and it never disappointed me, sending my money in time in every transaction. In recent years Panda also developed many new services like overseas tuition payment, which I used to pay for my daughter's school classes.

Dont use their service it is nonsense!

Dont use their service! I tried and payed for it so my remittance will arrive quickly but its almost 15 hrs the money is still nowhere to be found. Tried to contact their customer service and they dont answer! Never again! Hipe i can recover my money!

Refused, because over 65. Discrimination.

I need transfer to be reliable and for visa purposes, it has to be stated as international transfer for Thai immigration.

With Wise, this is not the case any more. So looking for a way to send my money from Europe to Thailand.

Short, I wasted 3 hours of my life, with a verification,that asked sensitive documents.

When everything was submitted, I was told my account, could not be activated.

Why? Because verification is not possible above 65 years old.

So account denied. This is really scandalous. Not ask me anything then in the first place. This is an awful form of discrimination. Shame on you!

You can easily operate on the APP with money protected well. I can use it for tuition, living expenses, or just sending money to families.
