Ordered a 6 seater taxi for a night out, turned up 20 mins late as said his map sent him to the wrong road because of a closure. Know for a fact that this was incorrect, believe he put in wrong postcode. When I tried to order a taxi home, told it’d be a couple of hours. When queried as no time given, told they were busy. Operator not helpful, so told him not to bother. Phoned another taxi firm and 10 mins later the 6 seater arrived. They were much more helpful and polite, could teach Panther a lot.

Appalling service. Drivers repeatedly cancel at the last minute and service operators lie about the changes, refusing to acknowledge that the problem lies with Panther. Do not use.

There are a lot of good, courteous drivers. Unfortunately there are quite a few that are dreadful and dishonest. An identical journey on three occasions resulted in three different prices. Another driver insisted on taking a much longer trip despite me telling him to turn right.
Recently a driver phoned to say he was outside my house. He was not and no amount of persuading would convince him otherwise. Eventually I had to phone for another cab. Last night topped the lot. I ordered a taxi for 10pm. The pub was in a hurry to close so we were outside at 9.55 when the driver phoned and said he was there. When challenged he then claimed he had waited five minutes and then left. Once again I had to phone for another cab. On arriving home I exited the car as my sister in law insisted on paying. She gave the driver A £10 note for the £6.65 trip. He claimed he had no change and kept the £10. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Panther need to start sorting out their drivers if they want to continue to dominate the local trade.

Absolutely do not use...they are worse than diabolical. Didn't turn up, driver so rude, office didn't give a damn that we missed a train home, no apologies whatsoever. Honest to God such disgusting service do not use this company at all, not if you want to get home or be respected in any way xxx

Driver came very quickly to come pick me up but that was the only good thing about that ride. He didn’t even speak to me the whole time, not even a hi how are you, he was then speeding round corners which then made me have to hold onto my bags so they wouldn’t spill over and just speeding for no reason and getting right up behind cars to the point I thought we’d go into one of them which made me very uncomfortable and anxious.also wanna point out how unclean the car was and how overpriced they are, mud absolutely everywhere and clearly didn’t give a dam about it either and £11.40 just to drive about 5-7 minutes is absurd! Last time I did the exact same trip it was £8.20, SCAM!

Absolute joke of a taxi company. Always late, constantly re assigning drivers. Do not use

Despite pre-booking a taxi in the morning by speaking to a member of their staff, the driver still came late and we (myself and 4 children) had a train to catch but the driver said the company (steve’s taxi now Panter) literally just booked us with him 5 minutes ago after he just dropped off another passenger at Brampton and that was after the scheduled time for pick up. Lesson learnt! the hard way

Mr. Sivka with number 660 is an extraordinary taxi driver. He is so customer orientated. I strongly recommend to book him according to this superb service and transfer.

I needed to get my passengers to Gatwick Airport after breaking down in my taxi. Panther had a vehicle to help within minutes. The controller was extremely helpful and the driver very pleasant.

We pre-booked a taxi at midnight through their system, they arrived early and called repeatedly. They also sped the entire way and got beeped at by another driver for dangerous driving. Once dropped off the driver also had the audacity to complain about being paid by card rather than cash (which I didn't have the whole amount for) because they get charged for card payments. They need to work on their time management cause we should not have to leave early to make up for their poor planning.

Always super late for airport pick ups. Ridiculous service. Do not choose them again ever

I booked a taxi days in advance to assure I could get home as a single female late on a Friday night. However I received a notification just before my ride was due saying it had been cancelled.
After a slightly panicked call they did provide me with a taxi, however I wont be booking this company anytime in the future.

I seriously wonder why a company like yours, which should guarantee an efficient and respectful service, allow humiliating episodes towards customers. The drivers have the right to assign a score to customers and those with a low rating risk not being taken by any driver. what's the point of it?

I find Panther to be quick and convenient whenever I do runs to or from airports. Pricing is always cheaper than apps. Drivers are friendly and drive well. Surprised at the reviews considering I've had multiple long trips with them.

I called to ask about lost property, just to check, and without checking anything the operator told me they hadn't had anything handed in. He didn't check the system, didn't take any details of my journey and then when I asked him to check for me, he hung up. The one thing he did say was that "a glove or a hat wasn't worth much to them so they probably wouldn't have it". Really terrible experience when I was just calling to check something which shouldn't have been difficult to do if the agent was remotely interested in helping. Driver was fine on the night but I won't be using this company again.

Extremely disappointed with this taxi service! I called up to prebook in advance for 3 days. I booked taxi for 8am and for pick up at number 12. But for some reason they told me they can’t my house number on the system so they booked for number 2 and said they’ll inform the driver. 1 the driver was late my son starts nursery at 8.30am the driver arrived at 8.30 the and had gone to my friend’s house who is number 2. I was so confused like weren’t you told it’s number 12. 2 pick up time taxi was booked for 3pm again taxi was late and went to the wrong house. This happened on Monday and Tuesday morning. The taxi never showed up for Tuesday pick up. I understand they have a contract with the council for school pick ups but it would have been nice to be have been informed that they can’t pick up at 8am and 3p cause they have to do school runs instead of just accepting the job and turning 30 mins late. I would have found other means of getting my son to nursery and back. Just ridiculous, also what kind of a system only has various numbers so other house numbers can’t book taxi because they don’t show up on the system that’s nonsensical will NEVER USE THIS TAXI!

Having had numerous disappointments ordering cabs with Steve’s Taxis in Huntingdon, I thought I’d try again now Panther have taken over. Success I’m pleased to say. The driver was professional, courteous and, more importantly he turned up and on time. Thank you Panther.

We ordered a Panther Taxi for 2:30pm on November the 15th to a hospital appointment and everything went fine until the end of our journey.

After the taxi arrived outside of A&E, I exited the car I shut the door as any normal person would, with no excessive force. However I was called over by the angry taxi driver who accused me of breaking his car door, I told him I shut it normally, but he keep ranting, so I walked away. It left me worried and stressed, on top of being stressed about the CT scan I was about to have.

Early in the journey, the drivers temperament didn't seem so good. When I entered the taxi, the window was halfway down, however midway through the journey, the driver started raising his voice, but the noise of the wind meant I couldn't hear him. He was asking if we wanted the window shut, but he was shouting.

The price of the trip itself seemed very overpriced too, £33.00 one way for 15 miles.

The worst cab service in the history of taxi business. I have deleted their useless app and want nothing to do with them. I am writing this with accumulated pain in my heart. They don’t care if you have an appointment or not. What’s the point of accepting a booking when you cannot keep to the time the customer has booked ahead of time? Whenever I book, towards to time, I will always call to make sure they’re are coming and everytime I call to make sure everything is in place, they’ll say there’s no booking like that on their system meanwhile I can see it on the app. As im on the phone with them, they’ll cancel it from their end. Useless people and the rudest customer service representatives. They all need to be fired. They talk rudely and even scream at you
