Never received my package and customer service did not seem to care. Don’t order if you need in time for any special occasion. And they don’t offer refunds

According to USPS tracking, you were not at home during the delivery of your order and you would need to arrange a redelivery with USPS.

You said it would be here by Father's…

You said it would be here by Father's Day. Not only did it not arrive on time, but it came 2 weeks after.

I was told by email that I would get a 30% refund. Didn't happen. And the person that responded to my email was RUDE and didn't really seem to care. Terrible customer service, and I will deter anyone who asks me away from your business.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered an item for Fathers Day more than 3 weeks early. It was supposed to have a 9-13 day ship time. Still haven't received it. Looks like it was lost in customs according to their tracking info and 5 weeks later (after I've already been charged) they are STILL trying to find it. They refuse to give me a full refund as I no longer need it - Fathers Day is long over - but offered to ship me a new one (after THEY figure out where the first one is) and give me only a 30% refund. Don't want a new one, just want my money back and that apparently that is not an option.

Sentimental Gift

Easy to place the order. Shipping was as expected. Bracelet is nice. The names are clear but a little more subdued than expected; not a high visibility. That makes people have to reach out and pull the wrist closer to them to read/see the names.

As you can see in the tracking system provided by USPS your order was delivered. The tracking also shows where and when exactly (your tracking number is always included in the shipping confirmation plus you receive regular status updates about the shipping). Please have a look in your mailbox of the Email address under which the order was placed. There you will find all the information in case you missed it.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. THE SHIPPING TRACKING NUMBER SAID IT WAS FAILED TO BE DELIVERED. THIS WAS MY HUSBANDS FATHERS DAY GIFT AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET HIM ANYTHING ELSE SINCE I CANNOT AFFORD IT. I HAVE EMAILED PAPASPLATZ SUPPORT MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET A REFUND AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I MADE THIS ORDER ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND NO ONE WOULD FOLLOW UP. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL EITHER. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
