In the past, I had Paragon and they were marginally OK. There was sometimes a long wait, but eventually they would send a tow.

Then I discovered that when I was in the midst of attack by cybercriminals and my credit card was cancelled and reissued frequently my membership had come up for renewal, my credit card was not current, so Paragon cancelled my account.

I received no notice from them. It was a silent cancellation.

After not being able to login to my Paragon account I phoned customer service. They told me that my subscription came up for renewal, my credit card did not go through, so now I am BANNED FOR LIFE from ever having Paragon again. WTF??

Never heard of such a thing. In the end, it worked out better this way because even though Paragon USED to be a good company in the PAST, they have now deteriorated to the worst roadside assistance company in the nation.

I signed up for GEICO roadside assistance for $14/car/year. We've already used GEICO once for a dead car and experience with GEICO roadside assistance was excellent.

Thank you Paragon for BANNING ME FOR LIFE as you have become a scam company that nobody should use.

This company refused to renew me because the date on my card had (4/24) expired and was updated to 4/29. The CS guy was rude.

I am sending this e mail to voice my displeasure with your lack of good customer service-
I have been with your road service for over 15 years paying my premium faithfully. I called today to request a tow for my pickup and was told that my annual premium was not paid this past May due to the credit card not going through. That Visa card was hacked & was replaced with a new one earlier this year. Your company has my phone number & e mail address & no one bothered to contact me to get a new credit card number to charge the fee on. Credit cards expire & are as it happened to me have to be changed due to being hacked. How can you justify cancelling my account when at the least your company was negligent in making any effort to contact me to get a current credit card. I would like this issue to be reconsidered & get back to me with an explanation.

Broken down off I-85; waited five hours for our tow truck. It was a substandard tow truck, all communications for 5 hours stated we would be pick up any minute. Hot and 68 years old. Unacceptable and now their customer service is not communicating in regard to my complaint.

I was with them for years, then they dropped me without warning when my my debit card didn't auto renew. They said they would never reinstate me either.

They're terms change without notice. They were much better prior to the Paragon buyout.

I’ve bought over 10 cars from paragon never had a problem very polite nothing to much trouble best place I’ve ever bought a car from and wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you to all the staff

They should be arrested. The worst roadside company in history. Scammers. They cancel your policy when you call in for roadside service. Absolutely horrible.

This company used to be really good; had them for past 2 years and before that I'd had them a couple years before taking a break. I have had to use them 4-5 times over the years and EVERY SINGLE TIME I've had my car towed to MY HOUSE without any problem...EVER. Then today when I needed them about a mile from my house I was RUDELY told that they only drop off at repair shops. I asked when that changed and he said he'd been there 17 years it had always been that way. NOT TRUE or at least NOT PRACTICED. I was RIGHTLY upset and said that I would be canceling the service as it is no good if you can't get your car to you house and his response was "Thank you for the Threats".....THAT is definitely when he DID get an earful; before that I was just upset with the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They DO NOT have good customer service response AT ALL.

I signed up for Paragon Roadside Service and when we had a flat tire the representative said no one wants to change a tire in the rain and left us stranded. We had to call back and get the car towed to a tire shop.
When I needed my car towed from the mechanic shop they said that’s not in the scope of service. The manager Bob said I was trying to be deceptive, yelled at me, and hung up on me twice, and said they were going to cancel my service and send me an email. Not sure this is the way the manager Bob should be treating customers. I’ll be taking them off our company referral site.

Flat out terrible rude service. Would not recommend this "emergency roadside service "

One Incident.... it was a pleasure doing business with Paragon. There was only on incident when we called and asked Paragon to give our church bus a jump/charge and the reply was we don't have anyone available to do it. I thought that was unacceptable but per our bus attendant that is what was said.

We, cancelled this service for a free service. That was the only reason. my husband and I received great!!! service from paragon motor club.
