First time using Paramount Cruises and…
First time using Paramount Cruises and booking. So far so good. I booked with agent Robin Jones who was very good in answering all my queries and looking for this trip on a room on the ship that I was looking at rather than the one allocated. Given the price, if all things go to plan it should be a great trip for mine and my husbands 25th wedding anniversary.

First ever cruise booking.
Tina was my booking agent for our first ever cruise and couldn't have been more helpful. She guided us through the whole process and explained everything clearly. Our package includes an extended hotel stay in Barcelona with tickets to the Barcelona grand prix. Can't wait!

Great service and easy booking

Exceptional customer service and knowledge
First time of using this Cruise company, and it was an exceptional experience. Saw an advert for a particular trip we wanted to do and got a quotation back straight away. It was very competitive and exactly what we wanted to do. Robin Jones, the consultant, rang me today and was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and polite. Answered all my questions in a professional manner so we booked it without question. Definitely would recommend this company to book all your future cruises with. We certainly will use them again, and hopefully will be dealing with Robin again.
