Oh my God, Simply Amazing patience and delivery
Oh my God, Tina's come up trumps again. I am not overly particular, but I have certain requirements. Tina worked tirelessly to meet these requirements and even worked outside of her working hours to get me what worked for us.
It's my go too now, just try Paramount, especially if you want a real tailored solution. Simply the best!

Overall Fantastic services.
Robin was very knowledgeable about his products and services. We made many queries in which Robin promptly provided excellent information that made our decision making easier . We had to delay finalising our trip for personal reasons , in which Robin showed great patience and did not push for a sale.

Absolutely amazing service received from Robin!
We were booking a last minute cruise with a stop over, this was made difficult by our lack of speed in confirming to Paramount.
Robin worked late into the evening to ensure we had everything we needed.
This is the second cruise booked through Paramount, each with a tailored stop-over to suit our needs and I'm delighted with the service Robin has provided on each occasion. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Paramount cruises.
We book 3 nights in Memphis & 2 in New Orleans the on to the cruise from there .We had an issue in Memphis with our hotel as the Federal government had taken it over and failed to inform Paramount, but the issue was soon solved and a refund was issued within a couple of days .
If I'm honest Memphis was a disappointment and I wish we had spent more time in New Orleans.
The cruises was great food and drinks amazing, staff fabulous, entertainment not as hot ,but that didn't matter as we meet wonderful people .It was a fantastic way to spend our 60th birthdays
