Prompt and professional service. I have been using Parcel Chief to courier parcel from india to UK since 2020 and never been disappointed.
I often order things from Indian e commerce sites and have them delivered directly to parcel chief who pack and courier it to me.
This time I needed the parcel really quickly. I checked if it would be possible to have it in 5-6 days. Husssin was extremely helpful, not only did he pack the contents as requested but also dispatched it as soon as they could. They dispatched it from mumbai, india on Tuesday an it was delivered to me in the UK on Sunday!

We recently used the services of Parcel Chief,
Handled by Sakeena K. and her team for sending several parcels containing household items from our residence in Mumbai, India to our residence in USA and was incredibly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Special mention has to be made of the packer Sameer Shaikh - we were impressed with how well he handled the packing of our several cartons.
The process of sending a parcel to USA was very simple, hassle free and cost effective. They offered packaging service at our doorstep and then picked up our boxes and took it to their office to complete their procedures of securely packing, using strong materials and proper techniques to protect items during transit to help prevent damage, weighing and then arranging delivery to the destination.
Their pickup was prompt, communication throughout the process was excellent, and my package arrived exactly on schedule. They used FedEx courier. Their tracking system was easy to use, and the customer service representative, Sakeena, we spoke with was helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, The Courier Service exceeded our expectations and is now our go-to choice for reliable delivery needs."
