I read a few reviews on trustpilot before buying, I was unsure whether I should buy.. I took the risk and i'm impressed. I got a 15% discount on my purchase thanks to the introductory offer they had at the time (27/01/2021).
I also got 3 sample perfumes included (which all smell amazing), and some sample shampoo.
Highly recommended.

Scam website and customer service
Just read their replies to poor customers (such as myself).
It is a shame that one cannot reply to their reply! They deny and manipulate readers to think that they are genuine. They are not.
And Parfumdreams... just in case you try to reply to this with your "Contact customer service etc." Don't bother - just like everything about you, it is fake!

>6 week delays and questionable business model
In chronological order:
- Bought 10 products, all of them in stock
- I pay, I get confirmation that they are to be sent immediately
- After a few days I emailed customer service to ask about order status, got no response
- After more than a week I get an email saying that 1 of the 10 perfumes is suddenly out of stock, so the order is delayed, but that everything will arrive within 5-10 days
- Just to be sure, I call customer service, they tell me it's actually 2 perfumes that are missing
- They only offer two options; I can either wait or cancel the whole order.. it's absolutely not possible to send the 8 perfumes that are available and then the other 2 when they arrive.. it's also not possible to just cancel the 2 perfumes that are missing or to replace the 2 perfumes which are missing from something else
- I must point out that the website now says that the site now says that the missing items won't come in until January 16, so then I won't not get anything before Christmas (these are Christmas presents)
- I am told again that the only options are to cancel the entire order or wait, because it's completely impossible for them to split the order or have some kind of customer service that meets the absolutely most basic minimum requirements in the industry
Would avoid this company unless you are willing to wait months for an order. The lack of flexibility is surprising.

Update after company replied:
Actually that is exactly what happened, but after four calls and several emails over past two days to your customer service, I finally got to speak to some who said they could fix the situation (his name was Afger, please give him a promotion).
I got an email confirmation of this 14:30 today, company replied at 15:16, so assume they waited with their reply until this was fixed. Appreciate Afger solving this, but not so much that company then claims this never happened.

I can see that you ordered items that was not in stock( it states this clearly on the webpage, on the right hand side if the item is not in stock). These items has been removed from your order and your order is now ready to be shipped to you. We hope you get the order before christmas, and that you can enjoy the products to our exclusive prices.
