Parkers Earley has its strengths but also areas to improve. While staff like Ruby, Emma, Harry, and Paula were friendly, responsive, and efficient in addressing queries or helping with processes like selling or letting, there are concerns too. Some clients had great experiences with smooth transactions and timely communication, but others mentioned issues with unexpected fees and dissatisfaction with certain aspects of their service. Overall, it's a mixed bag, though the team’s approach is professional and welcoming for the most part.

Being a landlord with Parkers for few years I deal with lot of people at Parkers & their service is first class. However, I would like to make a special mention for Ruby who is amazing and really helpful. She is very polite & efficient and always provides first class service. So far I am happy with the overall experience with Parkers. Ruby made sure she answered all of our questions and she was really friendly and helpful. I have also visited their office in Reading and I must say they all have been super friendly and they were welcoming everyone with a big smile on their faces.

We just bought our first house in Reading! Let’s just say we went a little overboard on the price (ok, we went berserk), but huge thanks to Parkers—Harry, Lizzy, Paula, and the whole squad—for working their magic. Ours was an executor sale which is always a little more protracted than the average but Harry Toop and the team at Parkers steered us through the potential pitfalls with aplomb. A thoroughly professional service. Highly recommended.
