I have used Parkin4cruises many times…

I have used Parkin4cruises many times over last 15 years.
No problems with drop off & collection although their stand is always at the furthest possible corner of the short stay car park.
Their one problem is when you need to contact them for changes or cancellation. Their office is only open 10 till 4 with only one member of staff who never answers phone and takes a long time to respond to emails or on line forms. There also appears to be no replacement staff for holidays or other absences. Poor support.
Now waiting over 2 weeks for a refund. Not sure I'll use them again.

P4c poor aftercare

Having used p4c many times with no issues when I collected my car recently I found the bonnet o/s front wing and roof covered in bird guano. The rep asked me to sign for the car but I refused he said he would report it to management and they would be in touch. I am still waiting I would have thought that customer care would be a priority but obviously not which is a shame because they are normally efficient.

Why Look Elsewhere

Used parking4cruises on every occasion. Great prices, easy to book, close to departure arrivals. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended company.

Arrangements worked as planned

Rep from company waiting for me in Short Stay Carpark which is need to the ABP carpark. On return I received a text at 0730h you say that my car was waiting for me. Excellent service!

Beware the after care. ...

Having returned from my cruise at 6.20am, they returned my car to me in the short stay car park in poor lighting conditions and on inspection we thought that mud had been rub down the bumper, but it was dark at the time. I did mention this to the attendant.
On further inspection it appears that the car bumper has been damaged in some way and the paint has been rubbed off. After sending photo evidence, they contacted me and said they'd look into the incident. 2 weeks and still waiting.
I've used this company 17 times and never had a problem, but you judge a company on how it responds to any issue, unfortunately this company has responded in a 1 STAR rating. There is not one review that supports how well the company did when there was an issue, in other words you park your car at YOUR risk and NOT there's.

Fantastic service so quick and simple…

Fantastic service so quick and simple to use. So efficient and even phone to make sure your ok when late on expected arrival.
So friendly wouldn't use anyone else.
Highly recommend it has been the easiest parking from start to finish.

First class service once again.

My wife and I have been using Parking 4Cruises for well over 15years and have just used them again for our cruise to the Mediterranean. We received first class service once again and the attendant kindly lifted the large cases out of the car for us when we arrived and loaded them back in when we returned. Looking forward to our next cruise so we will be using this excellent company yet again.

Great job

Great job. Someone was there to receive the car when we left and we got a reminder text to let them know we were 30min away. Slight difficulty locating them but called the number and he explained. They were there when we got back without needing to contact anyone. Car in good shape. Southampton.

Updated - a positive response

***Please see update below***

Initially changed my car so asked them to update the registration details. They responded with a booking for the same vehicle so emailed again to ask them to update and didn't receive a response.

Having seen some of the other issues reported here and on cruise forums, I lost confidence so requested the free cancellation offered when buying the standard service (which included the vehicle wash down which is no longer offered).

After two weeks and two emails, no acknowledgement of my emails has been received let alone the requested refund.

***Update***

Following the reviews being posted, P4C contacted me quickly to say that they had not seen my emails.

They quickly processed the refund requested as I had made alternative arrangements.

While it seems they may have some issues with their email, they did move quickly to resolve this so on that basis I am happy to change from my initial 1 star review.

Multiple Issues. Will not use again.

Having used this company many times previously without incident, I was very disappointed to have experienced multiple issues on the last two ocassions;

1) I paid for a wash down service. It was not provided and apparently hasn’t been since 2024, yet they still charge for it. I was told that a part refund would be issued (for both bookings) but it never was.

2) The driver taking the car to the compound drove the car at 60mph, well in excess of any speed limit on that route.

3) As several other people have reported, they never respond to complaints or emails.

I have come to the reluctant conclusion that this is an incompetent company that is incapable of resolving complaints or queries when things go wrong, so I will not be entrusting them with my car in future.

Very disappointing experience – no responsibility taken

We used Parking4Cruises while going on a cruise from Southampton. During the time our car was in their care, visible damage was caused to the front of the vehicle. This was immediately reported and documented by a staff member at the port upon our return, who assured us that “someone would be in touch straight away.”

Since then, months have passed with no meaningful response. Despite multiple emails, a submitted repair estimate, and even a voicemail, we have received no resolution. After an initial brief reply asking for the estimate in English, all further communication has been ignored.

What’s most disappointing is that the company has taken no responsibility for the damage, even though it clearly occurred while the car was in their possession. We expected a professional and customer-focused approach to a clearly documented issue, but instead we have been left completely in the dark.

This has cast a dark shadow over what should have been a wonderful memory from our honeymoon and has cost us time, effort, and frustration.

Very slick and organized operation.

Very slick operation.
Dropped of at short stay car park at terminal which is clearly marked with flags. Photos taken, keys handed over.
On disembarkment at 8am. Had a text to say car ready in short stay car park. Keys returned then on our way.
So so easy and good price compared to some other companies.

Poor after sale service/lack of response

Firstly, there was not any indication of where the car park was after disembarkation.
After walking to the wrong carpark we were redirected to the correct one.
The employee at the park just sat in his van with engine continually running all the time [Not environmentally good]. Upon opening the side passenger door, items in the back fell onto the floor outside, things were scattered about. Inside the front there were many of our personal things in a complete mess, thrown all over the place. The dash board had things all across it.
It seems as if the car had been driven recklessly and at speed, throwing things around inside, the car looked like it was driven very fast.
Poor after sales service!!!
No response from many emails and telephone calls.
