THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I purchased a parking ticket, and was given a QR code to enter the facility, which I've done with multiple parking apps. I show up the parking lot is in an abandoned restaurant that had signs all over the place warning that only customers can park there and you would be towed. There was no entrance that needed the QR code. I thought they gave me an incorrect address. I scrambled to find another parking space for the basketball game. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR A PARKING SPACE THAT TOLD ME NOT TO PARK THERE AND CLEARLY DID NOT NEED A QR CODE TO ENTER.
DO NOT USE!
DO NOT USE!! This company charged me $119 when the actual cost the Parking Lot was charging when we arrived was $35. That was a 240% mark up for parking - this should be illegal!
There was plenty of parking available and it was not a high demand day. That was confirmed by parking lot attendants. The staff were shocked how much I paid and said to never use this service.
Used this service to book parking at the Climate Pledge Arena, 5th Ave N Garage for the Jo Koy Comedy show in Seattle on February 14, 2026.

Boston garage- Waited 45 minutes to get in just to have several cars cut the line and the attendants allowing it. They need more attendants when they are busy with one just directing the traffic outside to avoid others coming in from opposite side and cutting people that have been waiting for a long time. Another 45 minutes to pick up the car as they have no real system and just grabbed bunches of tickets and brought out cars randomly without care to the customers that have been in line waiting
Very poor and unprofessional experience
Very poor and unprofessional experience with ParkWhiz customer support.
I called ParkWhiz customer service after my prepaid reservation was not honored at the parking lot. Instead of helping, the representative was extremely rude and threatening.
He claimed that my reservation did not allow multiple entries/exits and warned me that my car would be towed if I did not leave immediately. I told him clearly that the ParkWhiz website never stated that multiple entry/exit was not allowed. His only response was to repeatedly say that the website also never said it WAS allowed, which is not a valid explanation after customers have already paid.
What makes this worse is that, in reality, I was eventually able to enter and exit multiple times, which completely contradicts what the representative claimed. The problem was clearly ParkWhiz’s system and coordination, not the customer.
Because of this representative’s rude attitude, refusal to explain properly, and intimidation, I almost ended up paying more than double for the same parking.
The representative asked for my name, but when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for customer service.
This experience shows a lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for customers.
I will not use ParkWhiz again and strongly caution others to be careful.
I do not recommend using Parkwhiz at…
I do not recommend using Parkwhiz at all. Had 2 terrible experiences with them and will never use their parking services or lots again.
DON'T USE THIS !!!
I purchased a ticket, map shows it looks like part of theater but when I received confirmation address of parking and theater it said 5 -7 minutes!!! Today I entered the parking address and I was arrived the area completely different from photo. JUST DON'T use this whole process was stressful.
I got this along with our tickets, but the tickets turned out to be far far away.…
I got this along with our tickets for the Paramount. I assumed that since it was with the Paramount, it would be reputable. The parking spot ended up being an 8 minute according to the map! My husband is handicapped! Now I find out that there aren't any refunds for this! I would not use them again. I guess we'll just cough up the money for a Lyft ride.
Parking pass was not honored and refund didn't happen
Parking pass was not honored at the garage, and no one was available to take my call from customer service, so I had to pay the garage itself to get my car. I disputed the charge that same day and filled out their required documentation. A lot of work to go through for something wrong on their side! ParkWhiz still hasn't refunded my $ after 15 days. I just called to ask for the status of my refund. Their portal showed it as still processing, though their site says it only takes up to 5 business days. The representative said they would send me my money in another 5 business days. Seems a lot is lacking on their systems and customer support. I don't trust them at this point.
parkwhiz parking pass could not be used
parkwhiz was presented as a parking option when going to the Hippodrone for a show and I purchased a parking pass. I communicated issues I was having on the parkwhiz website because of course there is no phone number to call. My communications were never ignored and never acknowledged. I ended up having to pay for parking in another garage. a month later and I have still not heard anything from ParkWhiz. Watch out.
Not trustworthy. Do not use Parkwhiz
Not trustworthy. Deserves Zero stars. I paid over $50 online to park with an advance reservation for a Baltimore Ravens game on Dec 7. When I arrived at the parking lot there were no spaces because there was no attendant & anyone could just drive in off the street and park. I had to go to another lot and pay $80. I filed a complaint online the same day, its January and they stiil have not responded.
Details of my ParkWhiz ticket purchase …
Details of my ParkWhiz ticket purchase experience is below.
You (I) purchased 1 ticket(s) in section FIFTH THIRD GARAGE and row GA PARKING for Balletmet Columbus Parking. This event is taking place at Ohio Theatre - Columbus Parking in Columbus, OH on 12-21-2025.
On 12/21/25 the google email was received from a ‘milkeylikey from ParkWhiz 12/21/25.
mikeylikey57330 ymail account … sent you a parking pass!
= ====================== =
I was unable to open the parking pass and (to make matters worse) upon entering the garage I asked the attendants how I could redeem the Parking Pass. They had no idea.
FIFTH THIRD GARAGE only uses the ‘metropolis’ pay by plate technology.
As such I wasted ‘A LOT OF MONEY’ money buying this parking pass. And I still had to pay for my parking by using ‘metropolis’ which is the ONLY system that the FIFTH THIRD GARAGE uses.
A total waste of money. Parking should never cost that much money, no matter what the event is or the parking garage used.

I was scammed by buying an event ticket…
I was scammed by buying an event ticket through stubhub that offered a parking pass that said it was EVENT PARKING AT RELIANT STADIUM. Turns out it is a garage parking pass nearly 2 miles away. And to really be a rip off, the pass is not valid until one hour before the event. The walk to the stadium is over 30 minutes. Also, the pass only good for 5 HOURS! Total ripoff. You suck and I want my money back.
Would give a zero if I could
Would give a zero if I could! Had difficulty getting in and out of garages a couple of times. Third time, my reservation evaporated from my account, but they had no problem charging my credit card. Run around trying to get $16 back. I gave up and canceled my account.
DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE"
We paid to park at 911 3rd Street in SF. for Cirque de Solei That address does not exist. The actual parking is at 185 Berry Street which we only discovered after 25 minutes on the phone with "customer service". 185 Berry is less of a parking garage than a punishment venue for owning a car. Getting into a parking spot involves three - five maneuvers at best. When we left and tried to use the QR code it didnt work and were forced to use a credit card. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE GO ELSEWHERE.
Lot was full when we arrived
Lot was full when we arrived - it's not a real reservation service. Terrible!
Don't PISS your money away with Parkwhiz
1st time we tried these guys was in SF for a ball game, when we arrived they had sold out spaces and just got the SORRY no room, No refunds or anything as they blamed others. Second time we unknowingly purchased through them again off ticket master and again a full lot with gates down so only exits where open! Reached out again for more run around till I gave up! DON'T USE THEM!
absolute scam
absolute scam. paid $61.49 for a reserved spot for Dec 13 Army Navy game in Baltimore. Upon arrival the lost owners said all whiz spots were taken but for $50 you can use one of our resident spots. They report this happens before every Raven game. STAY AWAY FROM WHIZ - IT IS THE SHIZ
I'd give it zero stars if I could
I'd give it zero stars if I could. I was not able to find the address for the parking location given in Apple Maps, but my son found it on Google maps. The address given was not a parking facility but a bus
iness in a rough part of town. The picture on the parking pass matchs the location we ended up at. We eventually found parking closer to the arena that was free. This is a real rip off. If I can, I would like a refund.
Horrible Experience With ParkWhiz
Our experience with ParkWhiz was horrible. For a trip to New Orleans, we reserved parking with them at what was billed as a secured garage, paying both parking and a service fee in advance. When we arrived at the garage, nobody was manning it, but we parked, and called ParkWhiz to make sure we were in the right spot.
When we went to retrieve the car, it was booted. There was nobody at the garage, and we tried to call ParkWhiz. Nobody answered on several attempts, and their voice mail wasn't working. We had to call the company that had booted the car, and pay them both to unboot the car and for the parking which we'd already paid to ParkWhiz. Our best guess is that they either did not enter our license number into the database of allowed cars (the booting company said it was not there), or misentered it. (It was correct on our receipt from ParkWhiz so we know we entered the correct one.)
When several days later we finally reached ParkWhiz to ask about a refund, they refused to acknowledge that it was their problem and suggested we talk to the (unmanned) garage.
Booked a spot at 117 W
Booked a spot at 117 W. 68th St.
New York, NY 10023. When I arrived on the scheduled day, the lot was full and I had to begin searching for parking elsewhere. I contacted parkwhiz for a refund and have not heard back after more than 2 weeks. This happened to me a couple of years ago with Parkwhiz and I did not learn my lesson so I guess this is my own fault.
