It's kind of a scam
It's kind of a scam. Signed up for the paid version and after the trial they increased the price to $50 per month and when I messaged them to cancel they refused. On top of that I didn't find the results to be as active as any other dating app.
Update: after thoroughly reviewing the app I can say it is absolutely not worth €600 a year. They apparently stay afloat as a company with predatory contracts. I can't stress enough how useless and time consuming it is compared to any other dating app. All of which allow you to cancel at will.

Can't relate to most of the critism here. Works fine and seamlessly, nice and reasonable contacts. You have to pay for it (OMG shocking, its not for free, calm yourself and don't behave like little children).

I had a very bad experience wit Parship
I had a very bad experience with Parship. When I was thinking about subscribing for a membership, they informed, that it is possible to cancel your subscription within 14 days after purchasing it. It was very confusing, if I pay for a month or for year but monthly. Eventually they charged me the whole amount for the whole year. After I started using it, I was very dissatisfied. Almost no requests, the same people, as in free version of LoveScout, lots of abusing messages. I decided to use my right and cancel it after 2 days. I received refusal from Parship. I found out, that in their Terms and Conditions, there is no word about 14 days notice period. Eventually i used services of the lawyers of Reklamationzentrale, who already got used to have complaints about Parship. They state, that the company breaches Swiss regulation, and their contracts are void. I'm still waiting for their reaction. But I had to cancel the transaction. Very unpleasant experience.

Avoid - scam with no customer service
Continued to charge me even though unauthorised. There is no customer service - their phone number is a voicemail. Avoid this company. 2/3rds of all reviews are 1 star and most quote scam. This reflects their unethical broken business model which seems designed to take your money and not provide any form of quality service. The reviews speak for themselves. Learn from others experiences. Just avoid and go to a more ethical company. I fully expect the form reply from the company to follow as like the others. They don’t care so why even try to pretend?! I would just like my money back - it feels like full on theft to me.
Standard reply provided a day after posting and yet I still can’t get an email reply. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!!
This company is like a virus. Once you give them your bank account details you can’t get them to stop feeding on the host. Stay safe. Don’t ever give them bank account details!!!!
