I am suprised at the bad reviews
I am suprised at the bad reviews. My rug was collected as arranged. Cleaned and returned as arranged. The rug is clean and dry there is no odour. I would use this service again.

bad experience
One of the worst experiences I have had with any company. They had my rug from October to January to clean. They did not reply to my calls/emails for 2 weeks whilst they had it, but eventually gave me a quote. I went ahead with the work, and then they accused me of not paying the full cost when i had. I received my rug back and was very unhappy as there was discolouration on the pattern. I complained and they took the rug back to assess it but are denying anything is wrong so I am stuck with a damaged rug for a lot of money.

Pars ruined my rug
Pars ruined my rug, they made the area they
cleaned worse on the 2nd attempt it had lost its soft pile & is stiff, they had this rug since March, they don’t keep you updated I had to send lots of emails to ask what was happening. They Charged too much for the service they provided. I will not be displaying the rug. H
