A* customer service!
I purchase my beloved Ice Queen less than 2 months before. Unfortunately there was a split in bottom (when I had followed the care instructions and I know I look after her). I emailed customer service who got back to me in less than 24 hours and got me a replacement with no issues sent out and delivered a few days later.
If I had to say anything negative at all it would be that I don't know what colour to get for my next purchases (yes there will be multiple!). I've followed Lucy at Partner In Wine for a while now and cannot recommend her products and wine recommendations and dupes enough! 🌈 ❤️

Purchased as a gift and provided a gift note with name etc when prompted on order - disappointingly the product arrived at the gifted destination with no note or acknowledgment of who it was from - somewhat spoilt the impact of the surprise!

The ice queen never leaves my hands!
I have their pink tumbler and ice queen and I am so glad I purchased them. The tumbler is fantastic for wine, hot drinks and cold soft drinks. In summer, the ice queen quite literally never leaves my hands ha! Plus it is amazing to support a small business :)
