Had exact refrigerator/freezer water & ice maker valve to replace mine. Less than $40 and good as new.

The part was fine. I paid for two day expedited shipping took over five days to get part. The only problem I have is with slow shipping paid for the expedited two day shipping. It took over five days if you’re not gonna expedite it then don’t offer it.

I have a Speed Queen dryer that had no problems for 20+ years. Then it started squealing, so I ordered original replacement parts kit. OK for 9 months. Now worse than ever. Still feel that Speed Queen is best on the market, but not sure about repair parts.

Arrived fairly quickly, but I wouldn't do the expedited processing again, as the package still ships via Snail-Mail (USPS).

Part came sooner than expected, and it was the exact part. It was actually less than half of the cost of one of the local dealers.

Despite expressing safety concerns for living in a home, in Texas, above 90 degrees, and without AC, these folks didn't offer any express shipping. My order took 8 days to arrive. This after I tried another control board from another supplier (theirs arrived in 4 days - wrong board). Turns out this control board is the right replacement but my problem still isn't fixed. Good times.

Parts Direct had all the correct parts for my older dryer in stock at a low price, I chose standard free shipping and had the parts in hand in three days. never had any issues with their web site or the order I placed. When I have need for parts again I will definitely check their stock first.

Fast shipping option and part was new installed in our fridge we had ice again short after and could get water instantly from dispenser called local part was cheaper great experience!

I was in a pinch and needed a heating element for my dryer quick. I paid $20 for 2nd day shipping and was sent the wrong part. I found what I needed on Amazon for half the price.

Part came in correct. Paid a lot extra for shipping to get it here within 1-3 business days. It came a week later. Don't fall for the extra shipping. Sent in 3 help desk tickets to them and never heard back. Communication is non existent

I ordered an ice maker..put it in and voila ice!

The part was sent to the incorrect address.
I was not able to install it on my dishwasher.
I returned the part using their return information.
Todate, I have not received credit /refund in my bank account. ($39.88)
I have made numerous calls without a return call.

I ordered replacement knobs for Whirlpool oven. The parts were the correct model# and they fit, but the inside of them is sideways. The knobs are sideways, as the original knobs are straight. I have sent 3 requests to return, I get a confirmation that my request has been received and I will get a response in 24 hours. It has been 3 days and I have not heard anything.

They do not respond to any email no phone no sent emails they say it’s spam and it’s from their website I’m replying from . Why don’t you return email request from your web site.

I like the wholesale price and the speed of shipping process, but the quality is subpar. I ordered the Whirlpool Kenmore Dryer Gas Valve Coils kit and received them a few days later, but one of them is bad (one of pins was bent).
