Was surprised that price for parts was a cheap as it was. Also, I only paid $2.95 for the next fastest shipping option and my order arrived 2 days later via FedEx. I will definitely order form here again next time I need parts!

Had exactly what I needed at great price. Paid small fee for faster processing, not realizing that package would be shipped via USPS. My package got stuck at St Louis distribution center for 3 days, tracking arrived, left, arrived, left....all to same facility. Need an option to specify carrier as a customer. USPS ALWAYS does this in St Louis

Received part was damaged in shipping. Filled out 3 emails to support, with no response on replacing damage part. Not happy with my experience so far.

The parts this company sent me didn’t work with my appliance. I sent email about this to their support people but it’s been a week since I sent the message and they haven’t replied.

The part # reference was accurate, easy to use and understand. So many on-line retailers make it ridiculously confusing as if one cat # works with everything. Not Parts Discount.

I ordered a part back in March 2025 for an expensive washer we have. Just reviewing it because we just had it put on 2 weeks ago and I wanted to make sure part worked. The part was great, shipping was immediate and delivery was fast. I will definitely order from them again if I need another part that they carry. Price was very reasonable to, I paid $60.00 for the part. I'm very happy 😊 😃.

Prefect fit, made my washer quiet again

i have ordered twice for parts for my older Maytag clothes dryer. Both times it took about 6-7 days from my order date to arrive in my mailbox. the prices were higher than what Amazon offered, (their parts were also OEM). I still ordered from this business as I wanted to have quality parts to make sure my dryer had the best quality parts so it would continue to work & I did not have to purchase a brand new dryer. fixed dryer myself so I did not pay any labor

We did receive our parts a little early but the package had been thrown by our mailbox and was floating in mud when we got to it. Also you can not call or email this company.

Got a washer lid magnet and worked perfect, delivered in the number of expected days.

I ordered a part on Thursday allowing the shipment date 7-10 business days, received notification that is was shipped and we received it on Tuesday!
