Very very bad quality product
I ordered fairy wing from party domain and it broke from the middle when i was trying it on.I sent an email to their customer service department and they apologized and asked me to send a picture of broken wings.I tried sending them an email with the picture on the same email address and each time i got message failure delivery report.I think they blocked my email address to balk any further email correspondence.Worst quality product and worst customer service.

very good service!!
i was impressed on the quickness of receiving the items i have ordered. the box the hat i ordered was in was slightly too small. the hat was slightly squashed, i had to reshape the hat. a bigger box might have been better but all in all, got all my items and in a quick time! will be shopping here again.

Fantastic product.
Hi there. The masks are brilliant and for the price I couldn't believe how high end the products looked. They are making a great use for my photography project and I am going to have really great results with them. One of the elastic snapped however it was easy to solve.

Brilliant service
Once again Lisa and the team at Party Domain have helped me out costumes for carnaval in Lagos Portugal.
Efficient service and despite a couple of hiccups mainly due to me, all was resolved quickly and professionally..

Impressive
Ordered my daughter a costume for medieval day at school, plenty to pick from, luckily for me she picked the cheapest one!!! Due to this I wasn't expecting anything great but for the sake of one day I was willing to risk it! It was a very speedy delivery and I was pleasantly surprised regarding the quality of the costume, my daughter was thrilled with it and is set to wear it on Friday. One thing I would say is my daughter is a tall 7yr old and the dress trails on the floor, I did potentially think it may not be long enough as it was aged 6-8, so it could be too long for a 6yr old. Overall very pleased with service, product and price.

QUICK SERVICE AND GREAT VALUE
William urgently needed a costume for Roman Day. I did a few comparisons online and found this particular outfit on a few sites, however Party Domain came in cheapest overall. I was extremely pleased with how quickly it arrived and William looked great on the day. TIP; William is only just 8 but perhaps a little taller than average and I am very glad I ordered 9 - 12 as I think the size below wouldn't have left very much to the imagination!
