Party domain has excellent service, their goods are always deliverd quick!!!!
I ordered goods from Party domain a couple of times and I was impressed with the good quality of the goods. Partydomain's website is trustworty and they have a great variety of dressing up clothes&accesories. What's great about them is that they send the goods asap; I never had to wait more than 1 day to get my goods delivered. I am happy I found partydomain and I will definitely continue using their services in the future. :)

poor service and a dress that is too big
I ordered the dress in a small and waited a week to get it. I then phoned up the people to see when i was going to get it and they said it had been processed but there was technical problems so didnt actually go through. So i had to get a medium because they had ran out of smalls. I got the dress thr next day but it was huge and did not fit.

Sent me wrong costume
I ordered a kings costume for my son book day at school he need to go as things that rhymed so I ordered a kings costume on Sunday as needed it for the friday. it arrived Wednesday and was the wrong costume they sent a knight, now I tried calling the numbers provided but got no answer, I didn't get a phone call till Thursday where the lady apologised but said if I sent back I wouldnt have a costume back in time for the Friday which ment we had to keep it as I didn't want my son being the only child not dressed up, not sure how such a mistake can be made the costume was complete different to one I ordered on line.
Have now received a half refund for costume, lady on phone was brilliant and sent apologies for mix up.

Spider man costume poor quality
Very good service, quick delivery, reasonable price, used the size chart to purchase the correct size. Unfortunately the spider man outfit lasted just an hour before the zip fell apart so I could not undo it, once I was able to undo with some help, then it would not zip back up, so i could not wear it properly for the rest of the evening,
Very disappointed!!! hence the low rating!!!
