Disappointing!
Outfit not as shown on picture AT ALL, quality very poor, lots of loose threads and badly stitched. The headpiece was completely different from that on the picture online, nothing like it at all! Same outfit available from Argos etc @ £10 less. I received delivery and immediately called the sale line, no answer, so left a message on the answering machine with the invoice number, my name and number - still not had any reply 1 week later! Posting goods back today and expect full refund of postage costs due to bad service, misleading product information and poor value.

Best choice of small adult size costumes
I have 11 year old and 13 year old daughters who are too big for childrens' costumes, so the choice here is great. Reasonable prices and delivery charges, and the package I ordered arrive very quickly.

I ordered next day delivery and I still have not got my order. Which i had ordered on the 21th may. I rang up on the 23rd to see were my item was. Which I got told that they were sorry and it should be there that day or the next and that my money for the next day delivery would go back into my bank. Which I still have not received. So that's my money and my item I have not received from yourselves which is not acceptable
