I ordered a £40 pound cake with a message on it. When it arrived it was not packaged correctly and the wording had not been iced onto it. It is a transfer which looked as though it was thrown on. The edges were not stuck down and it was creased.It looked like no care had been taken on it. The colour of the writing was very pale and just readable. I made a mistake with the address and contacted them immediately but they were not bothered and were no help at all. Stating they couldn't do anything about it. I contacted yodel and they changed itno fuss at all. Well done Yodel. I will not be purchasing from Party Pieces again.

The balloons arrived the day before my brother in laws birthday which is just as well as the dinosaur balloon only lasted three hours before bursting! Other than that the balloons were great as was the service.

I ordered a balloon bouquet online for my Grandsons 16 Birthday. I filled in the part which gives you the option to send to his address. When I had paid the receipt indicated it was coming to my address so I emailed customer service to rectify it and was assured by a reply email this would be done. On the day of his birthday the balloons did not arrive at his address or mine! They arrived at my sister-in-laws address with my name on it! Seriously!
I was very disappointed with the service.
I have to say when my Grandson eventually got his gift. The balloons were lovely. You just need to get your customer service sorted!

I mistakenly created two separate orders and was charged twice the postage. Within 5minutes the company called me asking if this was correct and refunded me one of the postages.

How very kind that was. When I received my order I was delighted with it.

Ordered 30th November and still haven't received my Christmas Sleighs even though I message party pieces and they said Yodel will deliver in 2/3 days its been that long now and I still haven't received them very disappointed. Apparently I have moved houses that's weird because I have been at the same address for 15 years I WILL never buy from Party Pieces Again, I got a refund BUT that's because I told them NO refund expect a solicitors letter PARTY DELIGHTS from now on disgusting way to run a business, my husband and I run our own business successfully for 25 years. Perhaps the owner should get involved.

Balloon was lovely, however the box it came in was very disappointing. On arrival, the box was ripped and damaged in several places. The balloon was clearly on show through the holes, which removed the surprise element. Had I known it was tatty, torn parcel box, I would have ordered a separate balloon box to conceal the balloon inside.
