No issues at all. Product arrived discretely packaged when expected and certainly met hopes and expectations. Apprehensive about spending so much but product has delivered repeatedly!

Very unsatisfied
I bought a very expensive item as there was not a lot of choice. I was then told I could not return it as I had opened the box, even though ‘opened and resaleable’ is an option.
Very unhappy and will not use the company again.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept goods back that are of an intimate nature that have been opened due to hygiene reasons. This is clearly stated on our returns page, along with the items that we are not able to accept back.

Very good but....
Excellent service provided. Promt delivery of goods. However, with in 10miutes of paying via PayPal I received a worrying email from PayPal telling me there was suspicious activity with my account. I checked the account and it was, and still is, fine. I recommend this supplier.
