Ordered medium size but received small as medium out of stock. Fiona (CS) suggested trying anyway as may fit. Reluctant to open as may not repack well for return. Tried Fiona's recommendation anyway and the 'small' size fitted my wife who's normally a 10-12.
Downside, the suspender straps (supplied loose) had no fixing points inside the dress. . . . J.

I ordered some nipple shields and as soon as I received them and tried them on, one broke. I emailed straight away and didn't feel very optimistic really. They wrote me back first thing Monday morning saying they had sent a replacement pair and sorry for any inconvenience. I was really pleased about this as I was beginning to think I had wasted my money. The staff at Passion 8 were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

We looked online and ordered on Saturday evening: our purchase was delivered by lunchtime Tuesday - just in time for a try out!!

First, the delivery time was perfect.
Second, When we tested the product, it worked only once.
Got in contact with Passion 8, had to send it two times to get review that the battery had to be changed.
Just by insisting got free batteries.
The problem again they aren't the same format. So no use for us.
Third, the on/off button stopped making clicking sound.
We are tired of sending back and forth.

No money return and no working item, especially when you pay 80euro for vibrator.

Very disappointed

The service I received from passion8 was 1st class, and the product were exactly what I expected.

For personal reasons I choose to have the goods delivered by courier and not royal mail, knowing that next day delivery wasn't guarenteed. Typically the parcel arrived a day later than expected - a chance I took with my selection of delivery. Disappointed in the courier, but not with passion8. will definitely be using them again

Customer service was fantastic and the product was fantastic value for money. I was missing a keyring from the order which also had the keys to the lock which was on my purchase so did have to break in but this was an easy mistake to make. Def use them again!
