Only good for ladies with nice legs.
Disappointed in the quality of adult dresses. They are too small or too short. I had to buy 2 and add to the length to make them suitable for adult women to wear in public

According their Order tracker, it said that my parcel had arrived in their local warehouse (Montreal, Canada) 3 days ago. 5 days after, I still haven't received my order yet.
Zero reliability with their delivery company Uni Uni.

Unfortunately I didn't receive my order (no fault by Patpat) however, the customer service was 100% top notch. They were so considerate, pleasant, easy to communicate with and issued a full refund in the quickest time manner. This company has earned my trust and I plan to shop with them again:)

A bit small for my 3 year old son
A bit small for my 3 year old son, I purchased a Paw Patrol Blue jacket that arrived yesterday. It arrived with no issues, no damage on the jacket and the quality is very good. It's just the size I got an issue with, but overall the transaction and delivery is outstanding.

Company committed to customer satisfaction
I have bought pjs for all the grandchildren from this company for several years. Every order has been perfection. The material, the construction and design were all perfect. Quick delivery and an exact order was the norm. I would normally cheerfully give this company a 5 Star review but this year something went sideways and my order was incorrect. I felt sorry for the call Center people because after 3 oral surgeries my speech is almost nonexistent. The call Center referred me to a supervisor who provided me with an exact refund - to the Penny. I made the Supervisor Catherine earn her paycheque as with MY SPEECH I tried to describe dates, events, who I had spoken to and all the information she needed to trigger the refund - which happened yesterday.
Every business has a “bump” in the road at some point and I was pleased with how this company handled this issue. Thank You for all those years of impeccable service.

I've used patpat a few times with no…
I've used patpat a few times with no issue but a recent order went wayward and was delivered to a neighbour.
Due to an error outside of my control o recieved my order late and now can't return any items!!
I thought a slight relaxation on the returns policy was on fair considering the circumstances but no...
I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!!
Please note returns are 30 days from order ..not delivery! And considering the timescales for delivery does not provide hardly any time for return!! Reasonable? ....

Cute clothes, but support inconsistent
PatPat offers adorable and affordable kids and family clothing—many items arrive on time and match the photos. However, sizing isn’t always accurate, and in some cases orders never arrived. Customer service replies but resolution varies widely. Shopping is convenient, yet you take a risk if issues arise.

One of the best company's by far. I sent out my email about my sons baby shower the day before the Fourth of July. I got a response very quickly wishing me the best and a 15$ off code. Considering every other time I have made a Oder through them I have used my moms account I have also received a 15% off code for being a first time user. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and I will 100 % be ordering from them again
