art deco drinks trolley poorly made; soldering evident at joins and careless spray paint work in places.
colour sold as silver but looks more gold. I was told it was 'antique silver' when I queried it but it is not like any antique silver I have ever seen

We have on record that you contacted the store yesterday and the staff member asked you to forward photos to us to confirm you had the right colour drinks trolley as the code was correct. This is an antique silver effect so it not meant to be bright silver. If you send the photos over we can check to make sure you have the right product.

Exceeded expectations!
Pattens were very swift in delivery. The drivers had checked that my item had not smashed in transit prior to delivery as it was a four piece mirror. I thoroughly recommend Pattens for purchases, I've had zero issues from the moment I placed my order online, I was kept informed of where my order is, I received an email to state when my delivery will be made and viola, it arrived with no hassle. My four piece mirror is actually so amazing, I wish i could post pictures to show the quality.

Wardrobe from hell
I recently purchased a wardrobe, this product is without doubt the worst wardrobe I’ve ever purchased, the build quality and instructions are terrible! The back panel is to small, the lower trim isn’t secured correctly, under no circumstances should anyone buy this product.

Our sales team have been in touch with your to ask for details regarding the back panel and shelves and as of yet we have not recieved any email from you. When you do get in touch, our team will follow this up with the supplier and advise as necessary - as they are a German manufacturer they use pictural images as the instructions to save on translating them in multiple languages. First choice business for any future purchases.

Pattens Furniture store offers a wide range of furniture and accessories to suit a variety of tastes, and at realistic prices. Browsing in a real shop provides the opportunity to get a hands on feel for the quality of the goods; in my opinion, there are some things which simply cannot be chosen from a picture on a screen! Helpful, interactive members of staff are on hand should advice be required, but without being intrusive if you just want to wander around. Very pleased with today's purchase, and not for the first time.

Amazing Shopping Experience
We went in to Pattens on Friday 26th November to look for some new furniture. Wayne and Ian simply could not do enough for my husband and I. Wayne gave us some really good advice about the fabric we wanted for a corner suite and 3 seater Sofa. They showed us a lot of fabric swatches and we were able to choose the exact shade of blue we were looking for. We have never had such an amazing experience buying furniture. Thank you Pattens we will definitely be back.
