Built-in LED is not dimmable. The light is much too bright. Regretting having bought this lamp.
Update 9/24/2024. Per request I sent an email with additional details and questions to kundenservice at neuhaus-group.de but I never heard back again.

Following their reply, i have just sent them an email with my proof of purchase which clearly gives, order number and date of purchase of the kitchen light fitting following their ID ticket 168479 which they said they could not find.
The email i have just sent has been acknowledged with a new ticket number ID 173314.

Bought 2x Linda LED table lights @£135…
Bought 2x Linda LED table lights @£135 each both lamps have stopped working after 3yrs they came with a 5yr warranty but after 22 emails!! Back and forth to Paul neuhaus lighting group they have tried their utmost to get out of the warranty claim just refering me back the the UK stockist (Pagazzi lighting) who just refer me back to Paul neuhaus who now say they do not send lights to the UK anymore (What!!) So effectively they have renaged on the warranty never again will I or should you purchase one of their lights the customer service is impossible and attitude is nothing less than market stall quality.
