Paula's Choice, LLC - US and Canada Reviews 

I have used their products for a couple of years now and they have never let me down. Customer service is also the best!

I love Paula's Choice products. I had the need to call their customer service line and their staff member was professional and friendly. My problem was swiftly sorted. I highly recommend their products.

I think all of us (the Paula’s Choice fans) love the same qualities. Paula’s Choice products are well made, thoroughly researched, well thought out, responsibly packaged and manufactured. They back up all their products with great customer support and they are more than happy to answer all your questions. Finally, they deliver all of this at a very very reasonable price point. I am a loyal PC client for life!

I have been using Paula's Choice for around 8-9 years now and recommending to all my friends for almost as long too. My skin feels and looks amazing, which is probably the best testament to their products. Even my husband is a convert and uses PC routine twice a day. I order/replenish products every few months. Shipping is often free (over a certain amount), prices are great and customer service even better.

I had ordered a large order of PC skincare as a gift for mother's day on Apr 30. Received an order confirmation number. Item was never delivered/ no tracking information given. I reached out, and was reassured they would send a replacement order. After several emails back and forth another person emails to say that the order had been cancelled by their system because I ordered from outside of the country. It took 3 WEEKS to receive this information, and 2 employees to simply relay important information that should have been relayed to me IMMEDIATELY after trying to order.

I cannot believe the poor customer service.
So for anyone else trying to order a gift for someone in Canada or the States from outside of these countries... Forget it. No point trying.
Paula's choice is missing out on a simple business opportunity here.

I tried Paula's Choice out of desparation. None of my skin routines have been working and it has costed me thousands of dollars for both treatment sessions and skincare maintenance. First time I tried Paula's Choice and my skin was glowing from within. Suddenly, I found products that actually works! I wake up everyday and feel good about myself. Other than this, their customer service is superb! Prompt responses are sent and solutions are curated for your issues regardless. I am very satisfied with Paula's Choice, and so happy I chose them for my skincare needs. They take absolute pride in giving their customers the service and products that they deserve. Sure, it can be a little expensive than your grocery-store bought products, but it most certainly pays to have a regime that works for you and your concerns. Definitely give Paula's Choice a go!

As with most companies, they added me to their marketing email list (which is extremely prolific) after my first order though I explicitly opted out at checkout. Then it turned out that their unsubscribe links didn't work (the unsubscribe links just opened their website). I had to contact customer service to get off of their mailing list. I was assured that I was removed from their mailing list, and that they were looking into the unsubscribe link issue. Months later, I started receiving their marketing emails again. I hadn't placed any further orders with them or had any other interaction with the company prior to being re-added to their mailing list.

Regrettably, Paula's Choice appears to be among those companies that abuse personal information by periodically re-adding people to their marketing lists without consent.

Since that time, I gave abandoned the email address I used at the time this was originally posted (ironically, because of out of control spam). Over a year after this review was posted, Paula's Choice got around to deciding to make some sort of response or inquiry regarding my review, and Trust Pilot gave me a deadline to respond. Since I only check my previous account under very rare circumstances, I was unaware of this and missed the deadline, so my original review was removed. I am reposting it (because these practices deserve to be known), and I am using an email address that I check regularly in the event of any future ultimatums to respond.

I swear that I owe my beautiful skin to Paula's Choice and their products! Quality ingredients, non-scented, clear ingredient lists and instructions. And if a product doesn't work for you, they let you return or exchange it within 30 days. It's a relief to find products that work well and don't cost a small fortune. I no longer look at cosmetic ads and wonder whether I'm missing some great secret formula, or the "latest thing" that they're hyping. No more wasted money on expensive crap!!! I get compliments on my skin all the time!

I had an issue with a promo code and Hannah (WA) helped me out so quickly. She made me feel heard and I was already in love with a product I had purchased from a 3rd party supplier. I received a mail coupon and i feel like this makes skin care accessible to a wide range of people. I love it all, the business, the marketing, the energy, and how comforting the website feels. The nudes and tones makes me feel like the product speaks for itself. This company feels diverse and kind. I will be purchasing and purchasing and purchasing. Thank you Hannah! She deserves a RAISE.

Paula's Choice has high-quality products that are reasonably priced. Bought them from Sephora in the past, but decided to use their own website this time because some of the products I wanted weren't available in Sephora.
Was not disappointed. The order arrived at my door in 2 days and I got updated on every stage of the shipment. All products arrived intact and ready to use. Definitely going to keep purchasing.

I posted a review that one of their items did not come as advertised on their website. They did not post it and customer service was unhelpful. Seems like they only post good reviews.

Have been a customer for over 18 years. Cured my acne - I was about to start Accutane for the 3rd time when I began using Paula’s Choice products. Needless to say, I didn’t need a 3rd round!
Now my teenage daughter uses the products too.

Great customer service - I recently ordered items and the parcel was marked as delivered, however, it never arrived. When I contacted Paula’s Choice, I was issued the choice of a replacement or a refund.

I also love that it’s all based on evidence and research, so I know each product will do what it says it will do.

My daughter and I will be using Paula’s Choice for many years to come!

I have been a loyal customer of Paula's Choice products for many years. The products themselves are fantastic. The online store is easy to navigate. Packing and shipping are also fabulous. I have only positives for such a great skincare company that truly does care, is honest and has great customer service.

Emily was amazing at helping me solve my problem without any hesitation. My order was lost and never received she went ahead and re send my order

I have tried tons of different drug store brands and high end brands in the past and PC is the only one that has ever worked for me. I suffered from acne due to hormonal changes because of birth control switches, pregnancy, postpartum, and everything else. I had different types of acne, and combo skin. It was hard to manage. PC has always helped my acne and fast- not to mention noticeable differences in my skin! My skin is beautiful and scars from acne have faded almost completely. It's a game changer. Huge difference in my skin. High quality products, quick and friendly customer service. More than satisfied with them. I will say it is on the pricey side, but for me, it's worth it. And the products go a long way. Investment in my skin and future skin. I've been using PC for a few years now and will continue for as long as they continue selling.

Their products are great. I noticed improvements after using the bha exfoliant right away. During my second time ordering with them I had an issue with a product and they dealt with it immediately. Great customer experience.
