I would PayBright 5 stars, all 3 big purchases I made, PayBright made it possible and also made the whole process smooth, hassle free.
However, with the new take over, we no longer have 0% option for apple products, that’s disappointing. I hope you can bring back that option.

Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. I bought an iphone directly from the Apple store and figured I would pay monthly with Pay Bright. BIG MISTAKE.
My credit card expired on file about 4 months in, I attempted to login and update the card, but the card or purchase was not showing on my account. I contacted Pay Bright and they said I'll have to call them as they couldn't verify my account.
I was out of these country and couldn't call, I also didn't want to waste my time with this useless company anymore. Long story short I got mail from the credit buruea of Canada threatening me if I didn't pay this scammy company up front. So I had to dish out the remainder of the money or I wouldn't been in big trouble.
Moral of the story, horrible company, completely uselss support staff. Will never use them ever again. Stay far away.

Quick and easy way to finance a purchase
I bought a mattress over 10 yrs ago
I bought a mattress over 10 yrs ago. Made payments and they over charge 1 month and they paid me back. Went to do another purchase today and they stayed I have an account balance not paid and in collections. Tried to straighten things out on the phone and just got me more passed off. Some one using my phone number for credit and they wouldn't even look at that. This is the worst company to deal with. My suggestion is not to use this company for anything as it'll bite you in the ass.

Great experience. Transaction was smooth and I felt very comfortable. It's a great way to own things that you might have a hard time paying in one in stance especially if you have kids.

Very poor system and service from most representative. I had (thought) paid my account in full in February 2022 and only received an email in January 2023 saying I still had an outstanding balance. I've been trying to resolve this since May and I never spoke to the same representative so had to repeat my situation every time. I had the balance put on a 15 months payment (which I didn't ask for the amount that was due). Today wanted to pay the account to get this done with, but I'm being charge with interest on the balance. If they you would've contacted me in 2022 I would've pay it off, but a year later so that you can charge me with the interest? Today I want to pay in full and I'm beeing told by the representative and the system that it want allow me to add extra payement because it is programmed to make a payment already...what type of system does not allow for full or extra payment even if another one is programmed?! Now I'm told to call back on Monday to pay and close the account...and that I will be charged interest for those extra days. NEVER doing business with Paybright again. Also lack of service and French, the system is poorly translated
