Terrible service, or should i say lack of service

Terrible terrible terrible experience. I am trying to order a new phone as my old one is broken. However, paybright won’t allow me to proceed as their system couldn’t verify me automatically. I called them to resolve this issue on June 23rd and was advised they would fix this within 48 hours. It is now June 27th and i’m still facing the same issue, and haven’t heard anything back from paybright. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and the issue continues.

When I have enough experience I will…

When I have enough experience I will let you know . Initially I’m guessing it’s a marketing method between the companies working with Paybright.
First time use is with Apple , on line purchase . Why not, it’s the same price delivered to the door . Equates to more sales , built in price. Apple and Paybright get it’s it share . Win /win everyone including the customer. Ask me in a year.

No Resolution, No customer service and No one cares

If I can give paybright 0 star I will with regards to systems , management and customer service. Literally useless- not reading previous comments. Repeating what I said multiple times.
I ordered a pair of shoes to a vendor using paybright on April 22, 2023 then 1st order didn't go through on the vendor’s website but went through Paybright. I made a 2nd attempt and the 2nd order is paid and went through paybright. Vendor confirmed only 1 order in the system. Now, I ended up paying for having 2 products through paybright but only gotten one item. First call on April 22- agent said since no order confirmation from the vendor- their system will cancel it. Within a week became 2 weeks, 2 weeks became 28 day, then became 89 days. What kind of system do you guys use? I’ve never had any problems with Paybright until this one time and is getting very frustrating repeating myself over and over and no one seems to care nor understand? Ordered that was duplicated last April 22 until today’s date June 21, 2023- they just charged me for the order that I never got nor exist on the vendors side. Emails are being answered a week or so or never. No resolution from anyone.

No updates until today June 23 but they are super fast responding on here when they get 1 star or not so great reviews.

With regards to contacting you Paybright- I already did, called and emailed multiple times. Your CSR agents will say to “Escalate” but nothing happened. And the response -“I understand”- not really because it is over 2 mos and no one is understanding or giving solutions to the issues. To this date from April 2023- still unresolved.

Made buying expensive item easy

Was in the market for a Samsung S23 Ultra and paybright was the reason I pulled the trigger and got the phone. 0% interest and no fees, just pay principle amount was an easy way to go. The set up was fast and easy. Paybright gets your bank information when you log in to your bank so no messing around. Highly recommend PayBright!!!!
