I reached out to our customer service department, and they informed me that the order was shipped to the address you provided at checkout however because the address provided was incomplete UPS is holding the package at a nearby UPS depot for you to pickup. This is standard practice for UPS and unfortunately, once the product is shipped and is in the hands of the couriers, delivery procedure is at their discretion. At this time, we encourage you to contact the UPS depot and arrange with them to pick up your package. As we mentioned, we have contacted UPS to initiate RTS procedures (Return To Sender). UPS will return the item to our warehouse, and we will process a refund in 3-5 business days once delivered. If there is anything else we can help you with, please contact our customer service department directly and we will be glad to help.
Best prices and great customer service
PC Canada had the best price on the particular laptop I was looking for. I also called customer service for advice and a few questions, very helpful, friendly, even suggested how I could get a better deal. Processing and shipping was also very fast. Happy to endorse this company.

YMMV, I personally can't complain. When I placed my order this past Friday, the item was in stock, but the dreaded back order email surprised me. I called in to inquire and asked that they cancel my order. Throughout the process, everyone I talked to was polite and helpful.
In summary, their online stock level is not accurate, their terms and conditions are brutal, but they were honest, polite and helpful. They would have my business next time, as long as the item is in stock.

They would not take back our product we purchased from Pc-Canada. Even though on there invoices it states 20 % restocking fee.

I understand your frustration in not being able to return the product that you purchased from PC-Canada.com. Unfortunately, the product that you tried to return was opened and non-defective. This is against our return policy which follows our manufacturer policies.
We try to communicate this in several ways throughout our website and in order confirmations. Our Terms and Conditions, which can be found here (https://www.pc-canada.com/p/care/terms.asp) state “Due to Manufacturer requirements, we are unable to offer returns for opened, non-defective products. This follows our Manufacturer policies and therefore no exceptions can be made.” As well as in our order confirmation email, under the returns section it mentions “PC-Canada.com cannot accept returns for opened non-defective product so please make sure your order is fully compatible with your computer environment BEFORE opening any packaging.”
We are sincerely sorry but we are following our return policy which is inline with our partner/manufacturing policies. I do hope this offers a bit more clarity.
