What a bunch of telephone tag. The communication with this company is painfully unproductive and order processing is slow. My order was in pending for a week before I felt that I needed to contact PC Canada about my order. when I did, I was emailed a generic email response to phone a representative. At this time they canceled my order and and wont tell me unless I phone in and leave a voicemail. I've never had to put in this much work to findout why this company can't process a one item order. PC Canada should rethink how they process orders because whatever is going on in the backend isn't working. Bad first experience and I don't think I'll bother coming back.

TL;DR I would recommend to stay away.
Way too insane to order anything over $500. I cancelled my order of a 3080. The customer reps were very nice, but my order was flagged due to it being over $500 to a home address, also that I have a free email account and I don't own where I live. Apparantly my credit card company isn't reputable enough either. So I used the same credit card on the same gpu on Amazon. Would like to support a Canadian business, but they made it too difficult.
Also it's quite weird that there is PcCanada and this website which is Pc-Canada. They seem to be different companies and some people online have said this one is a portuguese company registered after the original pccanada with speculation of trying to use their good name/branding. That is speculation though I don't know for sure, but it all seems shady.
After they responded:
I didn't mention that they also wanted me to e-transfer the money instead.
I have many email addresses, but all of them are free. I even posted on nationwide PC building groups and all of replies I received thought the process was weird and sketchy. Also nobody that commented on my post uses these guys or they tried and had their purchase never delivered. This doesn't make a great user experience. However, maybe the general consumer isn't their market, I'm unsure. I can understand being cautious as a company around more expensive purchases, but $1k CAD is not a lot of money in the computer world, I truly don't understand how there is anything further than just a confirmation call that nobody ordered it using my information. There are many retailers willing to take my money for things that they can ship in an instant. It seems like they don't want my money.
It was also weird how the specific graphics card I wanted said they had 61 in stock in Richmond, but I received a call that said it was backordered. I don't understand this company, have very nice reps, but such a flawed system. I hope maybe they can improve, but I won't be purchasing in future unless a large change gets implemented.
Also after more research the company seems very sketchy from many users and websites online.
I would recommend to stay away.

We needed a new home office printer and researched various suppliers for the best deal. We chose PC Canada to purchase our Epson WorkForce ST ST-C2100 Wireless Inkjet Multifunction Printer. We spoke with Bryce Pendergast in Customer Service and Dawn in Payment Services. They both provided outstanding customer service. We highly recommend PC Canada for your next technology purchase!

Top notch ordering and shipping! I placed an order late in the afternoon and it was delivered before noon the next day.

I placed an order for a computer monitor more than a month ago. While tracking the package I realized it got stuck in transit because of incomplete address info (which was fully provided from the moment I placed the order), so I tried to rectify that with the delivery company. They said the info needs to come from PC Canada, so I contacted them separately to confirm again my address. They said they'll look into it.
Cue weeks later, package still stuck, no one from PC Canada contacts me at all, I follow up with them just to learn that the package is going back to the warehouse (Vancouver - Montreal full trip).
I'm told they tried to contact me but I was unreachable. I don't have any phone calls from anyone, no voice mails, no emails, no text messages in more than 3 weeks. I mean, I was the one to first reach out to provide the confirmation of full address (if that was truly the issue)... I wonder what the alternative would have been if I hadn't done so.
I asked for a full refund and finally received my money back after a week, with several follow-ups.
It was my first time placing an order with them and definitely my last.

I wanted to order a unit (EACH) of resin ink rollers on their site, 24 hours after my order, they increase the price of transport by 12 times (109.99$ instead of 8.99$) by claiming that the weight of a roll is 25 lbs, whereas it is obviously the weight of a box of 24 or 36. I contacted customer service about this, they wouldn't understand even though I sent pictures and videos of the roll.

This company is a real scam, and 1 star is not even worth of leaving a review but as a diligent buyer, I need to stress that whoever deals with this company will encounter a purchase with unethical doings from PC canada. First, they send you an email requesting additional verification processes and leaves a call back number. That number does not even work, and nobody can leave a voicemail, making me difficult to even get a hold of the company. Second, they request a non-free email address to verify my identity in order to approve my purchase. Third, they labeled my credit card as a fraud. I’ve never encountered this in my life, where a business requires doing all these steps to allow me to buy a $500 valued item. I wonder if it’s because of uncommon last name that could lead to that kind of corporate racism from the company but this does not hold. Usually, secure check out means that the business verifies information directly with my credit card company through secure encryptions. I don’t understand why PC canada wants to collect additional information, and it’s even more phony to ask for a non-free email address. Anyways, I don’t know if the company does that to all clients but online shoppers, be careful!

Stay away, they deserve to go out of business. After I purchased online an item listed as 6 in stock on their website, almost a month later I follow up as my credit card was charged and no shipping confirmation was sent. Their generic customer service agent said that the item was no longer available. I said fine but please refund my credit card, 4 iterations later they are still insisting they never actually charged me. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card to finally get a refund. They simply said “Oh sorry”, after wasting my time. If you value your time avoid these jerks.

Buyer Beware !
"Verification" to your work or private email appears to be a ruse to delay your order. This is handled by a "processor " who does not know about questions such as , is this a refurbished item ? Transfer to customer service was not answered. In the Meantime purchase price has gone up by > 130 dollars on the website. I thankfully got my order cancelled before shipping. I cant imagine what the hassle would be to cancel or return any product.
As always, excellent service and fast shipping. Product is always as stated.

Excellent service and high quality assurance that my purchase was made well.
They made sure I was able to pay for my purchase over multiple cards.

I was in a real jam when another supplier was not able to meet a shipping date. Dave at customer service was extremely helpful verifying that what I needed was in US warehouse, and then ensuring that it was to me in Canada in 2 day.
excellent customer service thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, as simple as that. the website misleads in the product images and has nuances in the description that is hard to spot. overall, misleading. also, the return policy is horrible. spend some extra $ but buy from best buy or staples or amazon, and have peace of mind wrt returns.

I bought a printer on line. I paid on check out for product and shipping after a day i got an Email that they want more money to deliver it or they cancel my order. I called customer service and asked them why,
they said the delivery cost is more than they charged. I ask them to talk to The manger they got my number but never call me back.
In my opinion When I paid on cash out that must be final payment they should not ask for more money or
hostage my shipment .
This was my 2nd order with PC Canada. Got exactly what I ordered at one of the best prices I could find. Order arrived quickly to my door. Although this was a heavy item (UPS) the shipping was very reasonable at less than $10. I would not hesitate to order again from them.

Return process is terrible!
One hour after placing the order on Jul 21 I contacted customer service to cancel the order as I realized the product I ordered was incorrect. I was told I couldn’t cancel the order, had to wait for it to be delivered, and then request a return-a complete waste of resources.
In any case, waited for it to be delivered (I give 2 stars only because the item arrived quickly) and I sent it back right away. PC received it on July 30 however I till have not received a refund because they said it takes 2-4 weeks from receipt to process…for this experience alone I would never again order from them, in case I needed to return something

Before ordering from PC Canada, I had read that they pull a scam where they advertise a decent price and then after you give them your credit card info and order it, they contact you saying the price has increased and ask you if you still want it. I thought, "that won't happen to me". Well, ordered on Friday, and just recently got the email saying my $1300 laptop is now miraculously $100 more. Too funny. Just as predicted. Clearly this their business model. So just be forewarned, this is not a rare occurence. They obviously do this on a regular basis.
Here is the core of their email to me:
"Due to market conditions beyond our control, the price of ############# has increased from $1292.99 to $1390
If you agree to the new price of $1390 please reply to this email stating you approve the price increase and want to proceed with your order. "

Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. Refer to FP's review below. Stick to the reputable, main stream online retailers. If you have an issue, you very well may be stuck.
