Superb service - I have used this supplier by visiting store in person previously so had confidence of familiarity. On this occasion ordered over the 'phone because I was 2 mins prior to 3pm cut off, Parcel was delivered - as I'm not actually local -
( Standard,ie Free of charge delivery!) by DPD courier at 12.30pm next day. I could not have asked for/expected better, Thank you Jamie.

Shoe price was also very competitive - so a very happy customer.

You mentioned that you are happy to help, however when I emailed you asking how your disappeared. I haven’t received any help from your side , neither your liase with Evri as you said.

Can you send me the sandals at least I can try to sell them and cover this mess…

I repeat, when someone opens box that doesn’t owe, change 200£ value worth shoes with cheap sandals and pack it again it is not a mixing up it is a stealing. Not sure why you are still trying to avoid this terminology.

I received a faulty racket and Jamie from the customer service team couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me a new one.

Ordered a squash racket on Thursday night, but realised that my session was still on with my previous address on (it would have been a good point without moving home).
I sent a message through the website and replied to the order confirmation. I got a confirmation on Friday morning that the delivery address had been changed, and I received my racket on Monday through a really professional delivery from Royal Mail 48h.
I can't wait to try the racket!

Purchased two pairs of tennis shoes (Adidas)
Had Adidas for past 20 years but these ones just cut my feet badly.
Pdh were very fair in taking a return and after some misunderstanding made good on a refund.
Would certainly recommend them, they feel like they are a company that actually cares about customer service. Deliver was quick and efficient.
Will shop there again.

PDH sports does not facilitate the returns in any way, unlike other online shops. I placed a larger order but had to return it since I did not want the items. To my surprise, I had to organise my own courier, which was not only time-consuming but cost me over £16 -whereas I only paid £7 to have the items delivered to me.

What sort of online shop does not facilitate returns in any way? Surely, as a business, you have access to better rates than consumers do - why don't let customers benefit from this if you want them to shop from you? Completing disregarding providing a returns service is, in my opinion, really poor and leaves customers with unexpected costs. I will not shop again from PDHsports until this is sorted.

This company is an example of how online shopping should be. I made an enquiry online about a racket and I got an email back Straight away Answering my query, 3 or 4 email exchanges/ Q & A’s later I made an online purchase and promised delivery the next day. I ordered at 2:30 received the next day at 11am. Perfect packaging and product. Thanks you. Highly recommend!

Ordered a Tecnifibre Carboflex 125 X-Speed Squash Racket which arrived very quickly. Great racket and excellent service from PDH Sports. Emailed regarding tracking and had a response very quickly. The also do a 10 day trial of rackets which was a good reason to order from here. Tried mine with the cellophane on handle. Know friends who purchase 2/3 and then return what they don't get on with.

Returned the racket for 12£ shipping which I had to pay. The racket was the wrong size to begin with and never got my money back or another racket

My "go-to" racket supplier. Easy to navigate site and prompt delivery

I was let down by prodirecttennis who verified my order but failed to deliver and I could not phone to cancel the order as their call centre and online chat was closed during a normal working day.

I then went to PDHsports based on Trustpilot reviews and they sorted the same order for £10 less and threw in some free balls. I went for free delivery and the new racquet arrived sooner than I was expecting.

My top tip is to call the telephone number before you place any order with online tennis firms to confirm they repond. PDHsports answered right away.

Happy to try PDHsports again for my next order.
