My son announced he wanted to get into tennis and needed some equipment. I had no idea where to go buy equipment and stumbled across PDHSports.

What I liked is there was a lot of choice and it was easy to filter by size and what I needed.

Ordering was easy. Price seemed good, delivery was super quick and by DPD so I got my hour slot.

Will definitely use again, probably to get myself a tennis racket so I can play with my son

I ordered a squash racket (Dunlop Hyperfibre+ Evolution 130 Squash Racket) on 07 April. I was worried as i had training and games from the following Saturday and i wanted to try this racket out so i messaged PDH team and they replied very quickly saying that the racket might arrive on Friday bare in mind that i live in Guernsey Channel Islands. Guess what ? Arrived on Friday, practiced with it Saturday and Sunday and it feels amazing just like i saw on the review done by PDH Sports!

I would say: Quality - Amazing / Delivery Speed - Super Quick.

I ordered the Babolat Pure Aero (delivered to Kent). Unfortunately it was damaged in transit. PDH got it sorted and I had a new racquet within 48 hours. Fantastic service and I would not hesitate to order again from them.

Brilliant, quick service. Rectified a merchant payment issue within minutes and even refunded the quick delivery fee, which I had missed out on. Product arrived next day and is perfect.

I ordered some items for my son who is a tennis nut. There was an issue when I tried to order online as I live outside the UK.
Having gone through to check out, the country in which I live wasn’t listed in the drop down menu field.
Hmmm, this created a problem.
I contacted Jamie @ PDH at their HQ in Derbyshire. He came up with a solution to the issue and sorted it all out. The order went through, the bank transaction was seem less,
Jamie was extremely helpful and efficient and my son got his birthday gifts exactly as they said he would.
It is very easy to criticise a company when things go wrong, but I think it’s important to recognise good work too!
So thank you PDH and thank you Jamie!!

Fantastic service. I had a small issue with a new badminton which was dealt with immediately. The people you deal with are passionate having playing racket sports themselves and certainly know what they are talking about. I was very pleased with their professional sevice and would definitely use them again.

Always incredible service through PDH sports. Bought countless rackets, shoes and other things through them and never had a single issue. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and always willing to go the extra mile.

Paul's videos on the PDH YouTube page are also really helpful and often insightful into the world of squash as well!

I am lucky enough to live within calling into the shop distance of PDH ‘HQ’ and have recently purchased a pair of Prince NFS squash shoes. I expect no issues with the shoes as I have been a regular buyer of them for several years and find them excellent. I did however enjoy my visit to the shop and the staff at PDH are very knowledgeable and friendly as you might expect from such an established retailer.

I have been playing with the Phoenix Pro for about five months now and it has quickly become one of my favourite rackets over the eight years that I have been playing squash. The look of the racket is initially what drew me to it; the red, black and yellow create a sleek design which makes the racket look as good as it feels. After only a few training sessions I was able to adapt to the feel of the racket and so almost straight away I could get my technique working well with it. The Phoenix Pro is slightly lighter than what I had been used to and the fact it is less head heavy than previous Prince rackets makes it easier for me to drop more effectively which is an aspect of the game that hasn’t always been my best and has now really improved! The combination of the head and strings means my drives out of the back corner are feeling a lot smoother since I started playing with it and I love hitting that perfect, tight shot off the back wall that plays so beautifully off the racket. When I went over to the PDH shop in Derbyshire I was really impressed with the personal service I received and Sophie’s knowledge of the new Prince rackets that I was trying to decide between. I could even have tried the racket out on the squash courts next door which, had I not known the brand very well, would have been a real bonus. I will be back!
