I never got my wig

I ordered my wig 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet.
I contacted Pearlwig via email ( 3 times) because I was sent a tracking number that was fake so I couldn't track my package.
Pearlwigs send me a email telling me that got the tracking number mixed up But didn't send me the tracking number
So I can't do a review because I never got my wig

Firstly it was late coming

Firstly it was late coming. Plus I was due a Free wig and Gift with this order and did not recw any. And as much as i paid for this wig. I bought this wig the Free one and the free gift.

I purchased 2 wigs

I purchased 2 wigs, after payment I got an email from customer service saying that one wig was out of stock and it will be shipped once it comes back in stock. I responded (the same day; just a few moments later) asking for a refund for the 1 wig that was out of stock. Customer service then said, “we shipped it already,” (how is it that one moment it was out of stock and not even 3hrs later; it has been shipped already?), but anyways they provided me with a tracking number (and the package hasn’t moved in tracking in 4/5 days). The odd part is the one wig that was in stock was at the same exact destination at the same exact day as the one wig that was magically in stock now, and I recieved the 1st wig (the one that was min stock from the beginning). When I reached out to customer service again and the 2nd wig tracking not updating; I was told it was delayed (again how was it delayed, when the 1st wig was at the same exact location on the same exact day and the 1st wig moved in tracking?) again I just said refund me for the 1 wig. Customer service ignored my request for a refund for the 1 wig and said she’ll reach out to see what the delay is. I have ordered from this site before and no lie, every time I order more than 1 wig; there is ALWAYS an issue with one (of course after payment has been received). The only reason I am able to rate a 3 star is because the 1 wig that I did receive is gorgeous; however, it’s not fair that I have to keep getting the run around one the 2nd one when I should have been notified (via website) that the one wig was out of stock and it left up to me if I wanted to wait for it or not.
