All aspects of the order and the actual goods themselves were excellent. However, their delivery partner is shocking and twice left our packages dumped outside the wrong house and did not even look to get a signature for delivery. Luckily we live in a small village and were able to track them down but they could easily of been lost.

Pear Stairs – Excellent Quality, Great Service, and Real Value for Money
I am new to dealing with having bespoke stairs made for a project I'm working on, and Pear Stairs have been extremely patient and helpful throughout.
The staircase I ordered has now been delivered, and the quality is excellent. I also feel it represents very good value for money. If you simply want the cheapest option, you can find that elsewhere — but it won't come close to the quality and finish that Pear Stairs delivers.
Highly recommended.

The entire process from initial enquiry through to handover of the finished stair case was conducted efficiently and professionally.
This is not a DIY project - you must employ a qualified carpenter - but Pears provide a well thought through process throughout.

Have use these guys for many many years, All the staircases we have bought from them have been top quality, even being able to match existing stair sets to match in with an existing property, everyone is friendly and super helpful. Having fitted for different builders from different suppliers, these guys are the best, I wouldnt bother with anyone else!

Outstanding service
The support all the way through the service to the point of installation itself. The two fitters were outstanding, I couldn’t have asked for more.
Our staircase was quite bespoke in a pretty constrained property. That end result is transformed the house. We couldn’t be happier.
