Item arrived smashed.
Item arrived smashed. I cut my hands opening it and repackaging it!
Customer service not particularly understanding and no apologies - it should have gone in bin, but I had to arrange a return to get the money back. Opening and repackaging it with all the broken glass was dangerous and messy.
Really negative experience.

Mirror was as expected
Mirror was as expected. One tiny flaw in the top corner of the glass but not easily noticeable. Delivery was efficient. Installed easily but I do think manufacturers could supply a plug and socket where one end could be affixed in the void portion of the back OR a socket in the electrical enclosure.

Good selection of mirrors and price range, easy online ordering and efficient delivery. At first look the mirror looks to be good value at its price point, not yet installed in the bathroom but no reason to think it will not perform well when in use.

Ordered 9 days ago and still to receive our mirror. Your delivery service is atrocious and we have to reorder the delivery each time it fails. Furthermore your so called digital help suggests that our address is not recognised neither is our surname.

Very nice cabinet
Prompt delivery & arrived in perfect condition. Finally fitted by the electrician and it looks great. Light is nice, de-mister works and great storage & place to charge toothbrush :-)

Good product, bad electrics
Delivery was quick, product is good. Missing a star as the wiring from the product is so cheap and the connection they send with the product was unfit for use.

Lovely item with quick delivery- super happy with purchase.
It did say there was a 1m cable and a plug if needed- unfortunately it did not have a plug and the cable length was 0.75- was easily worked around though.

Painless Ordering, brilliant mirror
Ordering and payment on the website was painless, communication was excellent throughout including up-to-date courier information. The mirror itself is superb; top quality and very easy to hang. It looks a treat in our bathroom and really makes a great wall feature, the battery system works a treat and whilst not the brightest, the light given off is more than adequate. Recommended.

Great battery operated led mirror
First purchase from pebble Grey. Quick dispatch however came damage the mirror was broken. Contacted the company and was replaced with new mirror next day. The mirror is up and looks really great in the bathroom. Hard to find baterry operated led mirror and this was god send plus point is I can recharge the battery so u don't have to keep buying the batteries.

Bought mirror from Pebble Grey and delivery was really fast. On installing mirror noticed that there were fingerprints in behind the mirror which could not be removed. (Assume this was during manufacture). Contacted customer support who arranged collection quickly and despatched a new mirror on receipt of old mirror which was ok this time. Customer service excellent.

This mirror fixing is not safe
This mirror fixing is not safe. Four, screw 2 top 2 bottom. To hold this big mirror. Not very safe. The glass is thin and light.
I had no choice because I had book someone to fix it to the wall.
