The 650 x 600 bathroom cabinet with LEDs
The 650 x 600 bathroom cabinet with LED lighting and shaver plug is good value, reasonably well made but some design elements are poorly thought out - it is a very heavy unit, I had to remove the front panels and door to be able to install it on my own. The power cable outlet is on the back and I had to drill the cabinet top to relocate power cable and make it usable. The shaver socket is too high on the side should be near the bottom of the cabinet to make more usable for shaver or electric toothbrush plug.
It looks good now fitted and working.

Ordered a bathroom mirror,haven't installed it yet, but it looks fine.
The only issue was the delivery driver,although the box had fragile tape all over it,the box was damaged with the corner of the mirror poking out,the driver insisted it was OK and that he had been given the parcel in that condition.I refused the delivery until it opened and checked for damage in front of the driver,luckily it hadn't been damaged.

Not usable as a Light for any length of time!
Having purchased mirrored bathroom cabinets with led sensor lights before... Pebble Grey have now decided (apparently they have no control over design)! to have no control with turning off the demister. So if you want to keep the LED lights on for the evening... you cannot. as the cabinet gets so hot! This obviously is not good for medicines and why waste electricity when demister is only really used when showering!!! There should be a choice to turn the demister off and on... ridiculous!!

Pebble Grey Halo Mirror – 10-year guarantee misleading, failed after 2 years
Pebble Grey Halo Round LED Mirror – sensor failed after 2 years despite “10-year guarantee”
I purchased a Pebble Grey Halo Round LED Mirror in November 2023, installed in Spring 2024. By Spring 2026, the sensor had failed completely, meaning the product lasted around two years under normal domestic use.
The product is heavily marketed with a “10-year guarantee”, which was a key reason for purchase. However, I was later told this guarantee only applies if a separate post-purchase registration is completed. This requirement was not clearly highlighted in my order confirmation at the time of purchase and only appeared in later email communication. No registration card or clear activation instructions were provided with the product.
When I reported the sensor fault and submitted video evidence, I was told the item is outside the standard 1-year warranty and therefore no repair or replacement would be offered. I was also informed the company is not part of any Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme.
In practice, this means the product has failed after approximately two years, and the advertised 10-year guarantee does not apply unless specific post-purchase registration steps were completed that were not clearly communicated at point of sale.
I am sharing this review so other customers are aware of the real-world product lifespan and how the guarantee operates in practice before making a purchase decision.

We purchased a lovely mirror but unfortunately the glass was broken when we opened it. This was fed back to Pebble Grey who sorted this very quickly and we had a replacement delivered less than 24hrs from Pebble Greys initial response. I would have given five stars, if not for the initial breakage (although most likely through transit).

Warranty is useless
I've had two mirrors from pebblegrey and both have "De Silvered". They claim this is very rare, yet has happened to both mirrors within a few years.
They claim moisture causes this and not covered under the warranty and this is based just on looking at some pictures. Yet it is sold as a bathroom mirror.
Mirror did look nice when new tho.

Not great. First cabinet arrived with a manufacturing defect in the wiring between the door and the cabinet. That was replaceed quickly - but the replacement has now faulted just outside the 12 month standard guarantee. They give a 10 year guarntee if you send in a certificate apparently, but won;t stand by the 10 years if you haven't done that. So as it stands 2 cabinets both faulty within 13 months and refusing to do any replacement. I guess they are a good company - like everyone else - until something goes wrong.

THE GUARANTEE MIGHT NOT BE WHAT YOU THINK
Total disappointment with the LED bathroom mirror I purchased less than 2 yrs ago, it has now started to show deterioration around the edge. After looking at the website it says they give a 2 yr guarantee, unfortunately after reporting my issue they came back saying this could happen with either cleaning products or moisture and these issues are not covered by their guarantee.
In a bathroom it would be totally impossible not to have moisture and as I do not use glass cleaner they have gone down this route to get of the guarantee. So beware the GUARANTEE MIGHT NOT COVER WHAT YOU MAY THINK IT SHOULD
