I spent roughly €250 on magic items when I shopped at this store for the first time. The products, each priced between €30 and €70, are far too expensive for the cheap quality you receive. The instructions are totally old-fashioned, though that’s fine for me because I’m experienced enough. The packaging was okay, yet some items were clearly shipped with defects. Most of the goods do work, but it’s downright brazen to sell such obviously flawed items at these prices. But one article was even incomplete - a gimmick is missing. As I said: cheap goods, far too expensive. It was my first and definitely my last purchase there!

First: I am a professional magician and I do NOT buy Magic equipment in a toy store for my magic shows. I generally buy in lots of other magic stores and was never so disappointed of the quality and was never sent defect equipment. These products also are handmade and of course are expensive. As long as the quality is ok, the price can be high in my opinion. So this is no explanation of the unsatisfying quality of your products.
Second: There aren’t just the shipping costs to consider, but also customs duties and packaging costs. On top of that, there’s the effort I have to invest to get everything back into good order, as well as the uncertainty over whether—and how much—I’ll be reimbursed if I return the equipment.
So if you ONLY want happy customers, don't send defect equipment or at least let customers show the defects and refund the expenses.

I was very happy to find an item that I had dreamed about getting for years: throw streamers as used in Kabuki theatre. The price was not unreasonable, though the toll I had to pay to get them to Iceland was almost prohibitive. But worth it! Best regards.

Complete experience with Pegani shop was extremely professional, from their site, easy, helpful communication to the reasonably price but nonetheless fast shipping.
Prices for some of the items are a bit higher than similar shops, but they are very well stocked so you can get everything in one place instead of buying it in two or more shops.
