The manager of the Worcester shop lied to my mother in law. After much frustration and being ignored, Francis Peplow himself promised my mother in law he’d resolve matters and call her back. That was weeks ago and now she’s just being ignored again.

As a rather well-worn OAP, I am always pleased with the courteous service I have received on my several trips to Peplows in Worcester. I've needed to get various tasks performed on my watches and have found the time turnaround and prices quoted have always been very reasonable. If you have a watch which needs attention, Peplows is a good place to go.

First time visiting Peplows and will unfortunately the the last. I needed to have my engagement ring resized. I was firstly can’t even say greeted by a woman who looked me up and down and then proceeded to take my ring and tell me it was filthy (helpful) I left my ring there for 6 days but my experience was playing on my mind I decided to collect the ring and will be taking it elsewhere. Looks a professional jewellers from the outside shame the service is terrible.

Purchased a limited edition watch, The watch was fine but no original packaging. Once Peplow realised, the error was put right and correct packaging dispatched quickly and efficiently! Would recommend!!

Ordered a neckless on the 14th December and told it would take 6 - 8 weeks but I paid in full £689 at the time, due to Christmas I rang on the 8th Feb which was 8 weeks and was told no it was not in stock yet and they would not ring the supplier until the end of Feb. On the 28th Feb we rang again to be told it won’t be here until the minimum of the end of March, so we had a full refund. They said it was down to their supplier but why did they not ring the supplier on the 8th Feb, as a Company they should be keeping us informed of any delays rather than us contacting them all the time. I will not be going back to Peplows again as this is the second bad experience. #nocustomerservice

We took a Gucci watch in for repair to be told it would take 4 - 6 weeks, after 5 weeks we rang to be told the part was not in yet, after another 2 weeks we popped in to the store and was told the part had not even been ordered !!!!!! then it took another 2 weeks, what a joke.

Efficient fast service. Product exactly as pictured. Very satisfied.

Excellent service from the first phone call to receiving the order of a Seiko watch. However, I've had to mark it down slightly due to the packaging. The box arrived damaged and it's a gift which is very annoying. One layer or bubble wrap and brown paper wasn't sufficient - hopefully they will note this for future. Sadly I now have to source another presentation box. Otherwise I wouldn't fault Peplow - lovely staff and very fast service.

Firstly I'd like to say the staff at peplow jewellers are top notch ! Professional courteous and really know there job.i have personally bought quite a few items in the last 12 months varying from jewelry to watchs and cannot thank the staff enough for there professionalism and there help in finding the right jewelry for the right occasion and my wife absolutely loved her gifts and I loved my watch .I also had my Elliott brown camford serviced there with a battery replacement and a screen replacement and all I can say is keep up the good work and I will be returning next time the occasion arrises.i give a full 5* rating fully deserved for professionalism and a 5*rating for there products
