Prices are ok but shipping is the worst. I love PPCS. Their customer service is awesome. They have good competitive prices. The things i don't like is their shipping is more than their competitors and USPS takes like 3-4 weeks to get the stuff. Another thing i don1t like is their new website, its hard to navigate. I like the old website better.

I just had the best online shopping experience with Performance PCs. It's one of the best computer hardware companies out there in terms of services and products.
I bought one of their dual pumps distro plates but turned out there was a leak so I contacted their RMA. Instead of requiring me to send back the faulty one, they sent me another new one, even though the model I purchased was out of stock. During the whole process, they kept me in the loop (punt intended) and when it was ready, they overnighted it to me for Saturday delivery. Their people were courteous, knowledgeable and fast to respond. That's the kind of service that makes me think of them first when I need a pc part in the future.

I bought a Heatkiller Ultra water block for the ausus 4090 tuf it came as expected and worked great If I had not a complaint but a suggestion is make the website a little easier to use the scroll bar for the product filter is to small and hard to click on and the individual searching isnt as precise as other sites have.

Performance PCs is my top choice for cases, cooling, fans, and those hard to find parts. I always check them first because I know they do things right. They've been around for years and the experience shines through in everything they do.

I ordered an EK Quantum surface 420 mm radiator, I was sent the completely wrong rad. I got sent a EK quantum surface 240 mm radiator. It sucks because this is the last piece of that I need for my pc and was expecting to be done today but now it has to be delayed due to very poor service.

Great to do business with. Product was exactly as described. Shipping was a little slow, but I'm blaming that on the USPS.
