Great service and delivery, Performance PC's will always compete locally against the larger conglomerates for fairer prices in the regions they serve (even serving globally, which is an insanity considering what it costs to get something somewhere especially if it's large). To explain in short, a lotta cargo arrives on the West Coast, they get dibs on a lot boutique items first. Large retailers then sell to a huge region thus price equilibriums of sorts affect the rest of country for these goods. Performance PC I feel review prices before putting out something for retail and compete for the fairer end of pricing. If you see something hiked on a larger retailer, exercise some patience and you'll be able to go through Performance PC's for your needs. Know that you're absolutely making the difference for your budget and supporting a business at their scale.

The kit worked awesome and it was shipped out very quickly.

Price was great. Item shipped quickly. Delivered on time! Website calling needs some work tho. Couldn’t checkout until I zoomed in a bit. Other than that experience was great

Excellent customer service

The shipping cost is painful. I am constantly looking for somewhere else to purchase from because of it. The cost of my last order was almost as much as the TINY items I bought. I won't be a customer for long unless it gets under control. $12 to ship a single elbow connector is ridiculous...

Seller act swiftly on order getting my item sooner than I expected

They were transparent and completely dedicated to ensuring the customer was taken care of. I didn't feel like another Amazon customer and I am more valuable than my money

The Phobya touch 630 fan controller says in the description that it supports 4 pin fans. However the PWM pin is missing from the connectors so it obviously does not support PWM fans. Company reached out to me to complain about my review, saying they are not responsible for info provided by the manufacturer. Aside from the fact that the manufacturer info does not indicate it supports PWM. The seller should be familiar with the items they sell. Also, they advertise same business day shipping but they only send shipping label info. The package did not actually arrive at the carrier til two days later.

Item did not arrive by the date specified during checkout. Not a shipping delay, performance pcs delayed even getting it to the shipper.

Ordered the wrong item and called and got it changed very easily.

Excellent selection and great prices. The customer service is top notch and was very nice to deal with . I had an excellent experience and will continue to be a future customer and highly recommend them for all your PC modding needs. They also have frequent sales if you sign up for emails, it seems to be a couple to a few each month.

Ordered 2x480 rads and 2x120 rads. Then was informed 120 were not available so they asked me how I'd like to proceed. I said refund the 120's and ship the 480's. They did and they were nice, friendly, professional over all. But still they had em listed as available when they weren't so deducted 1 star. Performance PC is definitely one of the better places to shop online from my experience. I do highly recommend them. Thanks to the ppc team

Parts were easy to find, look great, got here fast. Good easy experience so far so highly recommend anyone to buy from them in the future

Always the best place for my water cooling needs.

They have the products other sites neglect to carry. This is where I shop for the parts I need so I don't have to go to multiple sites. Prices are usually the best anyways.
