Thank you for your review. Your order can be tracked thru your shipping confirmation or by logging into your account. The package was shipped on the 10th and left the US to be transferred to Japan post. Your delivery will depend on customs and volume.

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on the 28th after closing and was shipped and tracking was emailed to you on the 29th. Tracking is also posted in your account and can be viewed by logging in. ground transit across the county does take 5 business days. Express shipping is available, but the free shipping option was chosen. Unfortunately we do not have control over UPS's delivery window. Signatures are required fro apartments, this is included in the policies agreed to at check out.
