The parts I ordered came in but I didn’t know size of boxes could also make free shipping unavailable. I was notified after my order was placed and was able to remove an item before shipping since I had only added the item to meet the minimum purchase amount for free shipping.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I placed an order last night and they emailed me this morning saying that they cannot process the order because I have a different billing than shipping, I maintain two different addresses and have been ordering this way for years without an issue anywhere else, I emailed them back explaining this. I also did try to call on three separate occasions and no one answered the phone. They ended up cancelling my order. I'll just keep giving my business elsewhere.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We do have a policy in place that when there is a mismatched billing and shipping on a credit card, we must verify both addresses are on file. This is in the policies that you agreed to at check out.
I do see the email exchange,the rep gave you the policy and offered the options to confirm both addresses with the bank or replace the order with another payment method. Your reply included that you've done this with other companies. Unfortunately, different companies have different policies. Being able to do something with one company does not override our policies. Since you did not want any of the available options, your order was canceled.

Performance PC's Inc is my go to source for all the bits and pieces that I need to really bring my builds together. I appreciate that they carry quality items and materials, such as the premium Mainframe Customs cable sleeves that I like to use, a huge variety of fittings and watercooling parts. I also appreciate that they offer some niche, hard to find items, like the connector housings and terminals for the Gigabyte 30 series cards. And lastly, I appreciate that they never try to rake me over the coals on shipping. The actual shipping out of the item is fast, good communication. One of my favorite electronics stores.
