I never expected order too come in all one parcel.

This place is absolutely disgusting not received my items neither a refund chasing them is a joke received a messages saying I’m on holiday will refund tommrow not that them being on holiday should effect me as a paying customer then was told it would be done on the 4th and guess what still no refund! Now I can see via wats app I’m just being ignored I’m reporting to my bank as the are scamming people out of money it’s really not expectable at all don’t order from this company your be left very disappointed with no product or refund!

A good service, and prompt to resolve issues. The only negative I have is that it would not accept the discount code which I found disappointing. Other than that, all else was fine.

I had to pay £3 extra postage to my postal service as you had not paid correct postage to send it out to me.

My experience was a very bad one.
I ordered for three (3) items which is : CURL LALA, HAIR MAYONNAISE AND ARGAN OIL but I two was delivered to me and I sent an email for the past 3days and no reply from Perry Barr cosmetics.
I’m never gonna patronize you again.

Great product great price great service

I wish I had read the poor reviews before I purchased from this company. This is the worst service I've ever had I ordered and paid for my items, then chased up with an email after waiting over a week, they responded to say they'll contact royal mail, I sent numerous emails asking for an update without a response and requested a refund, I phoned them and they advised to contact royal mail when they should be the ones doing this. I've not received my product, no update and no refund these people are thief don't buy from them.

The worst service ever placed an order and the most important item in the order was out of stock and I was only informed after dispatch. I asked for a full refund and they have refused. Please do not order from this store.

I order and paid for an item to be advised that it was no longer available . I requested a refund to only receive half of the amount paid . Still waiting on a full refund for something I have not had .Disgusting . Will not buy or recommend this supplier

Very deceptive. I purchased 4 items which was clearly stated on invoice, only 2 was in the package. I contacted seller about it they refunded 1 items. I messaged seller twice about the other item or a refund and I had no reply or my refund back from them.
They’re a thief.
Stay well clear of this shop.

No stock of items advertised in website. Was Refunded.
