There was a specific car I wanted to look at, and Ben was friendly and helpful throughout with a thorough knowledge of the car. He understood my requirements and respected that I wasn't able to make a decision there and then. The rest of the transactions were completed by telephone and email, which went smoothly apart from needing to chase up the email of paperwork. Ash did the handover when I returned to collect the vehicle and was also helpful and friendly.

Ben at Evesham was so helpful from the moment I stepped over the threshold to the time I collected the car. Thank you for making it all so easy.

I recently bought a car from pershore after speaking to Carl. After driving from Kent to view the vehicle i arranged to return a few days later to pick the car up. On the day Carl picked me up from the station and on arriving at the showroom everything was ready for me to get the keys and drive home. Excellent service from representatives of Pershore Motor Group in Evesham - Ben and Megan. Amazing service. Ben fulfilled exactly what I was looking for. We looked at a couple of cars, Ben has given me some good advice which was quite useful, he made a good offer for my car which I was interested in and finally I've made a decision to purchase. We dropped by to have a quick look expecting a hard sell. However we met Ben who let us look around at our leisure. We were delighted to find a car we liked and were amazed that Ben managed to organise registration and insurance immediately which really helped us. Meg did a fantastic job of getting me in the car I desired, even given the fact I’m actually a very awkward and picky customer. The service was extremely fast and I had everything sorted and drove away happy in the new car only 3 days after placing my deposit. Both Meg and Ben looked after myself and partner with refreshments whilst sorting all the paperwork and waiting for the finance company to confirm and made us feel comfortable. Thank you again.

Pershore Motors are very good people to do business with. Purchase of a secondhand car can be a nerve-racking experience, but Ben was very helpful from the outset, and being readily available at all stages of the process. He was flexible in the content and length of the test run to make sure I had covered my key points of comfort, ride, and in the options for after sales service and extended warranties.
In the event, an ignition problem emerged shortly after delivery , but this was dealt with speedily by Ben, with an immediate referral to Chris in the Prep Team: the quality of service and diagnostics was impresssive, notably because Chris had arranged delivery of the necessary parts, deduced from our telephone conversation, and he fitted them while I waited.
Pershore Motors are clearly determined that it is worth a lot of effort to make sure customers have confidence in what they are buying and in the integrity of the sales and technical team.
