I have recently bought a new car from Pershore Motor Group in Evesham and I can safely say I would never go anywhere else to buy a car again. The service is incredible and the team are amazing. Ben was so personable and friendly; he is clearly very good at what he does. Communication was fast and efficient, appointments were set up quickly and at my convenience.
At the point of purchase, Ben and Meg were so helpful and talked me through everything I needed to know.

I couldn’t recommend these guys any higher! If you are looking for a new car, don’t go anywhere else! I won’t be!

Incredibly helpful and patient

Ben took great car of us on the test drive and helped explaining us throught the process of buying the car, he was also extremely helpfull.

My husband and I have been getting cars from Pershore Motor Group for a couple years now and have nothing but praise for the outstanding customer service and the quality of the vehicles we have had. Any problems that have arisen have been rectified immediately, the gentlemen who work there are absolutely wonderful, and they have been able to guide us to getting the best cars for us.
We get calls every few months or so checking in on us and our car to ensure everything is ok and to see if there is anything they can do to help - I don't know many car dealerships that would do that and it is so reassuring to know that they care so much for their customers and the quality of their vehicles.
This time was no different! We recently have welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world, and while we loved our Mini Cooper from them, having a 3 door car was far from practical so changing our car was the next step.
Firstly, both Ben and Ash were so accommodating of the fact that I had a newborn to take care of and messaged and phoned around our schedule, allowing me as much time as I needed to answer whilst being a mum at the same time. It made the whole process so much easier for me to manage!
Secondly, Ben was so informative and helpful with going through our different options and with helping us find our perfect car!
Finally, on pick up, Ben made sure to thoroughly check everything so that we were completely sorted before driving away and ensuring any final questions we may have had were answered.
We are thrilled with our new Audi A1 and can't wait to come back for our next car :)

Just collected my car today. I cannot praise enough Ben at Pershore Motors. He guided me through everything clearly and listened to my requirements. I couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend to friends.

John and all the guys at Evesham car sales are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to help you find the perfect vehicle I would highly recommend if your looking for a new used car this is the place to go 100% will be telling all my friends and family to come here for their vehicles from now on!!

Absolutely shocking how this company can call themselves a reputable car dealership is a joke.
We turned up to look at a number of vehicles we had our list to be told we were at the wrong place & it was their preparation centre, we had just googled them so we were not to know, a very rude man who called himself John came out to see us who we had heard swearing at the staff in the workshop he told us we could not look at the cars & told us to go to their dealership, based on how the cars looked we saw, no way they looked like scrap as we got in our car I heard him call me a time waster!!! We immediately drove to Hills Ford and bought a car....

Unbeatable service, Meg especially. Throughout the whole process I was walked through everything, shown all options and really looked after. I wasn’t sure on what I wanted but I certainly came out with what I was looking for. If you want above and beyond this is the place to go.

Bought my new Mercedes from Ben who was extremely helpful and I would recommend this car sales showroom to anyone who wants to buy a car.

When buying a first car for my son, we were both well looked after by Callum in Pershore. So far, we are very happy with the vehicle - there are a couple of minor tweaks necessary that only became apparent after purchase and they have agreed, without quibble, to fix those later this week. So far, so good.
