Buying my first house!
I had Liam as my sales advisor, he made buying the house so easy! I’ve only just moved in so I’ve got a list of snags which I’m confident will get done so let’s hope Persimmon are as excellent as they have been throughout the buying process in their after care. Liam is very organised, approachable and helpful, no complaints.

Jo-Anne and Brenda at Blairgowrie site were amazing during the process. It was to purchase my first home and they did not make me feel pressurised into any decisions I made. They made me feel at ease, supported and stress free.

Fast move in experience
Persimmon did everything to help me move in quickly including paying a months rent to my buyer. I felt supported throughout the process and continue to feel supported by the customer aftercare service.

Persimmon Homes Harlestone Grange Northampton
Great sales team (Toni & Tracy) at Harlestone Grange. Knowledgeable, friendly and very, very helpful. Knew them from Scholars Green, some years before. Well designed and built houses. Their developments seem more spaciously laid out than some other more crammed-in ones, giving the impression of a big sky above. Our second Persimmon Homes purchase in a bit over four years, and very happy with both, on all fronts.

All the Persimmons staff at Ger Y Mor, Saundersfoot, Lorraine, Debbie, Donna, Caroline, Shannia and site manager Tom have been so helpful before and since we moved in.

My sales advisor Sophie at Regency…
My sales advisor Sophie at Regency meadows site is incredible. She not only showed myself around 2 homes, she even let my parents and my boy view them whilst I was at work. She’s explained everything and been very helpful and listened to my needs throughout. I cannot thank her enough, she is lovely, polite and kind. Oh and very helpful.

Simple process so far
I have not long received the keys for the new home and it was very rushed as it was the last few plots left on the site.
The process was seamless and to be honest I can’t complain, everything that’s been picked up on a snag is being slowly worked on and nothing major has been highlighted.
The sales team were great and the site manager is still working with us as this is my first house I can’t compare, although persimmons have been great with the whole process.

They are a 5 star builder ,the service from start to finish was amazing,the sales advisors were amazing nothing was a problem every question was answered weekly updates on our build at no point was there no issues

Five Stars!
From start to finish, Richard provided outstanding customer service. Because I work away from home a lot, I wasn't always available in person, but that was never an issue. He was always happy to help over the phone or by email, keeping me updated and answering any questions I had quickly and professionally.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he made the whole process of buying my new home as smooth and stress-free as possible. His communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported.
I'm absolutely loving my new home, and a big thank you goes to Richard for all his help and dedication. He's a real credit to Persimmon Homes, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both him and the team to anyone looking to buy a new home.
