I was definitely unsure about signing up to a matchmaking service at first, but once I did, the team quickly put me at ease. They clearly explained each step of the process, were always available to answer questions, and communication throughout has been excellent. After completing the Discovery Stage, I’m now in the early stages of meeting my matches. The process is incredibly thorough and encourages real reflection on your intentions, criteria, and mindset—helping you become more open-minded but also intentional. So far, all of my matches have been professional and friendly and are genuinely nice people to talk to. The ongoing support from the team, both before and after matching, has been great in building confidence, improving conversations, and understanding both myself and others better. I’d definitely recommend it!

Hello I’m still with personal match uk have been for a few months now working on my confidence . Working with nasreen baj has been an experience the team are experienced to find a good match for you . Before finding a match we go through coaching this has helped my confidence . Their is progress still to go for me but we are getting their . Baby steps !:)

I’ve had an excellent experience with the professional matchmaking service, and I can’t speak highly enough of Aunty Naseem. From the very beginning, she has been warm, understanding, and incredibly thoughtful in her approach. The clients she selects are genuinely well-matched and serious, which makes the whole process feel respectful and purposeful.

Absolutely fantastic course, extremely beneficial and very insightful working towards milestones that are achievable and realistic.
At the beginning of the course I had a vague idea of where I wanted to be, but how to get there was a challenge. Working with my coach sister Nas she helped to guide and navigate me around these challenges and have realistic expectations from potential candidates and work towards real achievable goals.

In my first review of the service I was exceptionally pleased and I would not change any of that which I said. Today, I really have felt a heavy heart after having to chase up feedback from a face to face meeting that happened nearly a month ago and not knowing how long the team have known this information and what would have happened/how long would have waited for it to happen if I did not use my initiative. Time is of essence and I literally felt like I was left hanging off the shelf. This is not meant to be an emotional process but I also feel like it would be helpful to be a bit more sensitive in delivering feedback.

It’s been an absolute pleasure being able to work alongside Naseem and her team. They clearly take the time and effort to get to know you as an individual.

The process of finding a suitable spouse for marriage isn’t easy. However, PMUK make it possible by taking care of all the nitty gritty. They do this by providing a tailored platform; which is carefully monitored but at the same time allowing you to have your say.

The sessions prior to the meetings really allow you to understand yourself and help navigate your thoughts and misconceptions.

I’d highly recommend to join and discover further about yourself and what you’re looking for.

So since my last review - I said I would update as the service offered to rectify some of the challenges and poor service I expressed as a paying customer.

It’s suffice to say, unfortunately, the service has been immeasurably worse. Since my last review, there were a few phone calls from Naseem but again, the feeling was she wasn’t invested in me as a person. She had the same lines she used all the time and maybe this is a sales tactic but It wasn’t working on me.

In fact I found myself having more meetings with Naseem than men, I didn’t sign up for this.
In the end I just decided not to have the calls anymore . There is only so much I can regurgitate to then realise nothing has been taken on board and I feel I am being judged. Exhausting to say the least and in the end I know what I bring to the table.

As time went on I found it cheeky to advertise a new service ( halal hearts ) they have been working on than actually provide me with a better standard on the existing service I had paid for.

One communication with the service was a match they brought to me in July 24 a chap from America to which I was open to chat to & have heard nothing back from (now nov24) . Now unless they have travelled by foot to America to arrange this meeting , I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as they probably still on route …..

However, to my surprise after total silence, I was sent a profile (Nov 24). The Islamic denomination of this match was not of mine so as a professional matchmaker i was surprised to have received this after I stated mine.
There was and I quote “not strict in practice” message from the service about the potential user. I found that highly insulting on the person behalf. Given their profile stated how proud they were of their heritage, culture and devoted to their faith practice.

So after giving the service another chance , I’m bitterly disappointed, the service progressively declined and excuses even worse. From a female perspective, I would encourage them to value women’s worth more and not make them feel like they don’t have any options.

The organisation seems to have a market which works for them and they should focus on this (25-35/40) and being honest to those who don’t fit the bill is a more ethical and honourable thing to do. It’s okay to say no, people will respect you more for this than spin people and insult their intelligence.

I would encourage people to really ask the questions before signing up.
