Extremely supportive
I have been looking for a match myself for a few years. It was an endless cycle of negativity. I needed something different so joined personal matchmaking through a google search. I’m grateful for Naseem’s patience during my discovery process and coaching sessions. They taught me so much more about myself, allowed my confidence in myself to grow over time and shifted my outlook on relationships, both with myself and others. Fantastic team and service!
Before I met Naseem and the team, I was somewhat lost on how to find a suitable partner. I was in an endless cycle of trying to figure out and articulate what I want and what I had to offer.
Having worked with the team for a few months now, I’m confident that I am on the path to finding the right person IA. The lessons that the whole process have taught me are invaluable and life changing.
What surprised me the most, is how much I learnt about myself and how to communicate effectively with other people. I am far more self aware as a result of this process, a life long skill I can use in my day to day whether it be at work, with friends and when finding a partner.
The team are supportive every step of the way and always on hand to answer any questions. They move things forward and are consistent with their communication and keeping you up to date.
As you go through the process, you really understand the benefits of the initial coaching sessions and put in to practice all the things you’ve learnt along the way.
Naseem and team go above and beyond to ensure you are valued and taken care of. They listen to you, advise you and understand you and your individual needs. They have made the process positive and enjoyable.

Great Service with a Friendly Team
I started my "marriage search journey" with PMUK and can say I am really grateful I took this approach rather than going on app (which has been a negative experience for many). By taking the coaching session it was helpful to view marriage in a realistic manner and also gave me an opportunity to reflect on who I am and what I want from a marriage. The team are very friendly and supportive!

Since having joined Personal Match UK, I particularly appreciated the in-depth Discovery sessions with Naseem Baji where, we not only laid the groundwork of what I’m looking for in a partner and in a marriage, but also spent a significant time getting to know each other and building a strong rapport which created the space to have positive and also challenging conversation (i.e. when letting a match down).
I appreciate the team for their great support along the way and always having someone to reach out to for anything from a quick question/clarification to accommodating my schedule and request when arranging to meet a match.

I joined Personal Match UK at the start of the year and it has been an amazing experience.
From the very beginning, Naseem Baji laid the groundwork and helped me develop the understanding of what I should be looking for in a partner based on my personality. This really helps when having conversations with potential matches to see if they would be an ideal partner. Also, the PMUK team do work hard in the matching with prospective partners and scheduling plus hosting the meetings as well. Any questions I have are responded in a timely manner.
Overall, being part of this service is a real refreshing change to the the alternative options (apps). The personable approach, having someone to talk to and guide you through this process is very helpful. It has been an amazing experience so far and Naseem Baji has really boosted my confidence and has provided valuable advice when I needed it.

Dishonest woman - please avoid
I had a very negative experience with Naseem a few years ago and wanted to share (I hadn't been aware the company was on Trustpilot previously).
Im sure the process may have changed a little, but it seems her overall behaviour and truthfulness have not. She took a huge amount of money and promised alot, and delivered less than free services.
If you declined 2 meetings (based on minimal information given and then having to phone her and try to extract additional information if she answered the phone/felt like giving more details) you were removed from the service. This is regardless of whether the matches were appropriate.
On one occasion she gave me basic details and I realised who it may be. She confirmed this and pushed me to meet - this was despite him being at least 10 years older and a known lothario ( although she lies about age and had tried to hide his lifestyle initially)
Apparently he was 'ready to change'
On another occasion, she matched me with someone with completely different preferences- including being fixed on a partner from a specific caste which I am not.
Overall, I found she preys on vulnerable women and if you do not go along with what she says and be ready to change all your preferences (even drop all notions of Islamic values in a prospective husband) she makes you out to be difficult and will remove you from the 'service' with no refund. In the majority of cases, she cannot even match the most basic preferences a person may have and lies and gaslights in order to try and overcome this.
Please know this is not a true Islamic service or even a true service at all. You will receive much more detail, honesty and sincere matches from those providing a free or minimal charge service. She tries to create an image of being religious with good values but this was not my experience at all.
Avoid at all costs. No one I know has had a good experience with her. I can only wonder where all the positive 'reviews have come from.

Salaam, I find this message to be inaccurate and highly exaggerated.
Firstly, the assertion that I took a huge amount of money and delivered less than free services is completely false.
I operate with transparency regarding my fees and services always, and clients are fully informed before making any commitments.
Clients are matched accordingly in advance and *all bios are shared with you prior to meeting.*
Meetings are scheduled based on mutual agreement and availability, and clients are not penalised for declining meetings, however I explain should you decline I will need to resource another match to replace this. I also explain declining match before you meet then is not recommend as you have not met them yet. All major criteria is already met.
I prioritise quality of matches for my clients and always strive to make appropriate matches based on their specifications.
The reviewer's assertion that I matched them with inappropriate individuals, including someone with fixed preferences incompatible with theirs, is unfounded.
It is important to note that personality compatibility is subjective, not liking a match can occur despite my best efforts. That is the nature of matchmaking, I always listen and work to improve each time.
Questioning the authenticity of positive reviews is extremely odd. *I must highlight that I have received hundreds of independent positive reviews from happy clients who have found meaningful and lasting relationships through my services.*
The accusation that I "prey on vulnerable women" is baseless and defamatory. I provide a professional matchmaking service based on Islamic principles and values, and I treat all my clients with respect and integrity. Suggesting otherwise is not only dishonest but also harmful.
The fact that the reviewer chose to post anonymously without contacting us directly suggests a lack of genuineness on their part. *I welcome open communication and feedback from clients to address any concerns or issues they may have.*
This review is filled with inaccuracies, distortions, and outright falsehoods. It appears to be driven by personal bias rather than genuine experiences. As if this was genuine you would approach me directly to understand, improve and aim to provide you with a better service (like any other small business).
*I find it very odd that due to not finding the service suitable you would not contact me directly and instead attack my character online.*

Not at all worth the amount you pay, (I paid over 1k for this service, with nothing to show for it). Also felt like I was being forced to change my requirements just to suit the limited available matches they had. I’d avoid.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sister Naseem and the PM UK team for all their help & support they have provided me over the years.
An incredible team that is always on hand to provide advice and will always ensure that your interests are a priority.
Trying to find a spouse in today’s day and age is frustrating, but sister Naseem and her team do an amazing job to help you understand yourself as well and what you’re looking for in a person. The process is well organised and well thought out. The best thing is that they consider your best interest and don’t just suggest anyone and everyone but rather select who they think will best suit you.

I never actually went ahead and started the service but the company owner is a great honest business women. I am quite young and when I told her my age, she told me honestly that if I'm looking for someone who is close to or younger than my age then this isn't the right place as she doesn't have many clients who are within my age range. Although I was disappointed they didn't have anyone my age, I really appreciated the honesty and it saved me money and their time. Shows they're not just a money grab and actually want to onboard people who they know they can realistically find a match for.

An amazing experience so far
An amazing experience so far, since joining Personal Match couple of months ago, I’ve learnt so much about myself and felt really comfortable with the whole team. I’ve been able to talk with many different types people that are serious in finding a spouse and the team have been incredibly supportive throughout the whole journey. This a pricer option compared to others but the bespoke service and care for privacy is worth it.

Finding my match...

Naseem Aunty and team do a great job of getting to know you through the discovery process which helps with their matching. This personalised touch makes them stand out from the other matchmaking solutions out there as you're given the dedicated time.
Their communication is always prompt and I can reach out anytime I need which gives me peace of mind.
Sometimes the matches you get will not always be suited for you but its important to tell the team what you didnt like so they know to adjust for future matches.
It is a more 'premium' solution on the market but for what you get I think its worth it.
