I have a lovely cat who drives me insane by losing his collar constantly. Sometimes kind neighbours find them and bring them back to me, but often they are just gone forever. So I have bought A LOT of tags from this site- and they’ve all been great.

The products were excellent quality.
Easy to order & they arrived very quickly.
Well done I now have 3 safe dog's, if hopefully they don't get lost!.

I submitted and paid for an order which I later realised contained an error. I made and paid for a second order which was correct. Pet Tag, unbidden, asked me if I wanted to cancel the first order, for which I was grateful. The second order never arrived, so I asked Pet Tag to investigate. Pet Tag repeated the second order which I have now received.
I am very pleased with the exemplary service.

Easy to order. Went for small dog lightweight tag which is really lightweight metal and the engraving on the back is black and very clear and excellent for our little dog. Good value and prompt delivery. Will certainly use them again.

Order and dispatched very quickly

Fantastically fast response to an email I sent late at night. I realised I’d made a mistake on the pet tag wording and emailed to flag this. I got a reply almost immediately which was reassuring and impressive. I won’t mention the name of the employee on this public forum but I did email the company direct to say how appreciative I was of their response.

What a change to have a business that is geared towards making their customers happy and fulfilling orders so quickly.
I've used Pet-Tags online several times now, and have never been disappointed. When moving, it's important to have your pets easily indentifiable should they escape or get lost - and having such a super-quick service really helped with this. The tags are great quality, the engraving deep and easily read. Even the little rings they supply with the tags are of great quality.
The choice is fantastic at the online store - they only have pet tags, and because this is all they sell, the cost and the choice is exemplary.
For the service and product, I can't find cheaper anywhere. I cannot stress how good these tags are.
