We offer free standard postage and customers email us if they want to pay for a tracked service. We can't include tracked postage without increasing our prices. Customers usually email us if they don't receive their order within 10 working days, and we always send it again. Unfortunately you did not email us.

So happy with Pet-tags. They are absolutely fabulous! Everything they do is high quality and done with lots of thought. The tags I ordered are high quality and printed beautifully. They last a long time! I only got replacements as I moved house - the old ones are still going strong, so I’ll be ordering again when we move into a more permanent residence. Pet-tags is the only company I found to be able to print everything I needed on the tag. Thank you all so much. Also the way they package everything is so thoughtful and done brilliantly!

Amazing quality, just provide updates on order status please
The tags were amazingly superior quality. The only issue I had was the lack of updates between placing the order and delivery. It’s against the law to have a dog outside without ID, so I panicked and bought tag from my local pet shop which was more expensive and the writing nearly illegible. If I knew when the Pet-Tags tag was arriving I wouldn’t have rushed out and wasted money on inferior tags.

Had exactly what I wanted
Pet-Tags had exactly what I wanted. They were very reasonably priced and good quality. The products I ordered took almost no time at all to arrive. Ordered 2 epitaph tags for the ashes of a recently deceased pet and a name tag for a newly adopted pet.
